Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!! My son has been waiting patiently for over 3 months for his vehicle to be fixed. The shop has given us the run around from the start. Owner is rude and lacks customer service.

No one answers the phone. I went during business hours and the door was locked with their open light on. I waited 20 minutes and no one answered the phone or opened the door. When I finally got home they returned my call. Their excuse was that they had to pick up parts. I don’t understand why they don’t have somebody else run their errands instead of whoever is supposed to be at the front desk.

I highly recommend One Eighty Collision Center. Caesar and Daniela had great customer service, always kept in contact throughout repair and treated me like family. My repair was completed quicker than promised date and was very satisfied with paint and body work. Thank you Daniela, the 180 collision crew as well, I took my car in to be repaired after a crash. Daniela and the team there took really good care of me and my car. Horrible place to bring your vehicle hours are trash no one answers the phone when u call would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want the run around with your vehicle

Worst service ever, they’ve had my car for 4 months for hail damage, been promising me that they’re going to give it back and they keep delaying the time. Ridiculous and don’t recommend at all!!!!!

Especially for military! They think you are out of town and knows no one around here! Way too expensive, act like they were doing you a favor but over price and don't care about you after you pay twice of what you get.

Careful using this company, I took my car there to have it repaired and was quoted a timeframe of no more than 2 1/2 months it took them close to eight months to get my car ready they would never give you updates and would continuously lie to me. Please go somewhere else save yourself the money and time
