Hey everyone guess what? After many, many years Old Navy changed their return policy to 30 days AFTER SHIP DATE. That's right. If you order anything online & if your items take a week to get there you technically only have 23 days or less to make a return or exchange. Same goes for instore purchases you better try it on and only buy it if you absolutely love it because you most likely won't make it back in the time to return or exchange it. They also don't do store credit anymore, whaaat??? Ridiculous. Did Old Navy notify its customers? Maybe. Under the small print. But who reads that right? If you forget to return an item after 30 days oh well boo hoo. More money for them. And less for the families that constantly shop there.

I went this weekend and the employees had a lot of work but they went above and beyond helping me find clothes. I don’t remember their names but they were working in the Men’s department. It’s amazing to see polite & helpful employees in the retail stores these days…

Love the prices and the customer service is always great. The store was very organized just wish there was a little more room to push a stroller around without hitting a rack they are very close.

Old Navy inside Cielo Vista is the go-to place for fast fashion in El Paso, and luckily the staff at this store are friendly. Endlessly shoppers seem to find a way to leave each shelf in disarray from open to close of business, so sometimes you have to dig deep if you're looking for something in particular.

It's a typical Old Navy. I came in to get some cheap shorts which they had some at the front fro $10! That's a good deal. Bought three pairs.

I went in around 12 today and the worker (girl) at the fitting room was so nice and helpful. She went to go find my correct size and helped me out with some outfits. Excellent customer service! I’ll be coming back
