Picked up a sign to deliver to Ohio and Michigan. Got to the place and they didn't have paperwork but had the product. The lady behind the counter at the time was very rude I didn't care whether I picked it up or not. Not to mention we fork live driver damaged the product and no one cared. But if I was to have damaged it all hell would have broke lose.

Old Dominion was a great choice to ship a large item. Not only were they friendly and attentive, they explained everything I needed to know and do without hesitation. They were able to beat their competitors prices by over $1500 and the item arrived to my buyers days earlier then their competitors. They picked up from my garage and delivered right to my buyers door step at a time convenient for him. I will definitely use this company again!

Old Dominion was the freight carrier for a move from New Jersey to Las Cruces, NM. Hard to tell which was worse, UPack or Old Dominion. Many of the problems arose from mixed signals and poor communications from both. My belongings were picked up on a Thursday, the day after the trailer was dropped off for loading at my residence in New Jersey. On Friday, UPack notified me that my shipment would soon be reaching Las Cruces and that I should call Old Dominion to schedule the delivery. Old Dominion informed me that the trailer was in Tennessee and not likely to reach LasCruces before the next Friday. I flipped out, as I was led to believe that it would be in Las Cruces on Tuesday. The trailer arrived on Wednesday, with a damaged loading ramp and rear tires that were practically bald. In retrospect I consider myself lucky that my property arrived at all. I chose UPack over PODS due to so many negative reviews of PODS, but in actuality, they both suck. As I just retired, this will most likely be my last move before a ride to the cemetery. I would bet that UPack and Old Dominion would find a way to screw that up as well. Avoid them like the plague.
