“I know the 10/10 service rating may been seen as impossible however it’s a true reality for the John Hayes and pebble hills shop! Everyone of them are amazing! They even opened the door for my wife before getting in. Offered water coffee while we wait and conversations were so genuine. You don’t find this type of Synergy in teams anymore. “Every employee treated every customer with professionalism and kindness. I was needing a repair done on our vehicle that we already had parts for. So I called ahead to see if they're able to do that repair and only charge labor. They said yes, gave me a quote, and explained a little more about the quote (it was a very helpful explanation). When I arrived at opening a few days later ready for the repair, the employee greeted me and told me he would be with me in a few minutes after he helped another customer in front of me, then gave each customer water and made me feel welcomed. I found out later, I had miscommunicated a piece of info and they happily adjusted things as needed without making me feel stupid. The quality of their work and customer service was excellent all around. They didn't try to upsell me and were honest about each part, even gave me helpful tips saying I could resell the used parts they replaced!”

Rafa has been the guy that takes me in, and his service has always been excellent and prompt, It usually seems like it's packed, but I don't recall being there for more than ten minutes. Their little lobby is nice and fresh, which I totally appreciated with this crazy hot weather. I'll will definitely keep going to this Pit Stop Lube Center. Thank you for your great service! ??”

“My new favorite spot for oil change ? I could save a few more dollars by going to Walmart but I don't have all day to be waiting around. I didn't appreciate being quoted $120 for a high mileage oil change at first, but in the end they still honored my coupon and did a great job. Ended up paying 110 for the oil change and the air filter and tip and they had it ready in like 20 minutes so it was well worth it .Thank you gentleman. I will definitely be getting my oil changes done here from now on. Great work, friendly faces, and speedy service. Thank you ?”

I wish I can remember the name of the mechanic that was able to right away pin point the brakes problem with out me telling him about it. The service was done on time exactly as I was told.
