Place is always clean and well-maintained. However, the man who works at the front desk will tell you one thing on the phone, then deny he ever said anything when in person. He is also very rude!

Terrible customer service and communication. They require a reservation fee at the time of booking. But they do not tell you that your unit won’t be reserved for you up to the date that you request. Then once your reservation is taken, they do not refund you the reservation fee. Do not book with them.

This place should list the times of operation plainly for customers to see and in reality they should allow renters to enter at least until 10 pm! We went two months back and it was not even 8 and they were already closed! So we had to go back with all our belongings! :-(??

Read contract closely before signing. Payment is due on the first day of contract. At midnight of the day before each month, you will be locked out until payment is made. Not after a day or more, but 12:00a.m. Of day your bill is due. Then schedule your move out day before the 1st because they will charge you the complete upcoming month. No prorating. No exceptions!!! Awful customer service
