We had the Puma crew from Tucson. This crew got the van unloaded quickly, however, the rushed getting things into the house and damaged an inside door molding and hinge on a bed footing. Also a shop vac wheel is missing and a wheel on a sewing cabinet was broken. I understand things happen and would have no problem using the Beltmann group movers again.

DO NOT use this company if you are moving out of state. They will hire freelance gangs of what I can best describe as poorly trained and/or incompetent gorillas who will likely cause extensive damage to your property due to improper packing and careless handling.

I have so many pictures of my belongings ruined, or especially did not even pack. I lost thousands of dollars and they did not replace them

Jose and Tim worked extremely hard to get me moved. They were always on time and went way beyond anything other movers had done to make my move a success. I highly recommend them and A-1 Freeman movers!!

Excellent crew of guys came to unpack our military shipment of HHG. After a serious delay (40 days) in receiving our belongings, we didn't have much good will left. Then, the A1 Freeman crew of Johnny Gonzales, Sam Ponce and Alfredo Gonzalez showed up! These guys were a delightful crew of professionals. Our sense of humor returned! They did a fantastic job of unloading our 9 crates of stuff in the blistering El Paso heat. Then Arnold showed up and assured us his company was in no rush, and offered to return at our request to pick up the empty boxes and paper. Later in the day, a second crew of guys came by to help out with finishing our unpack. These guys, Enrique and George, were just as helpful and nice as everyone else. Thank you for everything yesterday! We will request this company when it comes time to leave, for sure! Yard was as clean as when they arrived, floors in the house were protected, everything placed as requested. Really worthy of five stars from start to finish!
