I went to Nikki’s on the east side George Dieter and had a pedicure done by a male employee. The resulting look was definitely not worth $50+ and to make things worse I got an ingrown. My daughter went later for a pedi and we joked that we hoped she wouldn’t get the same guy. She did. She too got an ingrown nail. We will never go back.

I went and I had never gone to this very young girl before, she soaked my nails off, first she soaked my right in a hot acetone machine. My right hand fingers are so dry they are cracking. My skin is so dry. Never like I’ve had before. My left side was soaked in a bowl with just acetone and it’s fine. I wanted an ombré effect of pink and silver, my nails look bad. Then my toes, I asked her to paint my toes the same pink as my nails and she just painted over the maroon acrylic that was on before. The color totally changed. My toes are a mauve now and you can see the maroon bleed thru. Plus, the edges look dark, makes it seem like my toes are dirty. she also cut my cuticles to my toes and cut my right big toe and I’m in pain! It wasn’t cheap what I paid. But she was young. I hope her technique gets better. Won’t go back.

Good price and all techs do a good job. I usually go to a nail spa and they will take 3 hours doing my nails but at Nikki's it was fast! More people need to go here. Recommend! Recommend!

When in El Paso come here to get your pedicure. Please make an appointment so they can service you. It was one of the best pedicures that i have had.

Visit Miana! She’s great! Always super sweet and professional. She always does a great job on my Mani/Pedi. My gel manicure lasts a log time!! Unlike others I’ve received in the past.

I have never been treated more rudely at a nail salon. I told the lady doing my nails politely to stop so I can see my hand and she wouldn't let me and said "wait till I finish" but then when I didnt like them complained that I didn't tell her. 60 bucks for acrylics and it's been only two weeks and they're already chipping and coming off. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't expensive but for the price would not recommen. It was my first time there and my last. They only care about the money they make and not customer care, especially the owner

This is a great spot for manicures and pedicures. They are accommodating and flexible, with a wide wide array of colors. Staff is friendly and personable. Walk-ins are definitely welcome, I do recommend making an appointment or calling ahead if you have a tight schedule. Nails always look good, even and clean edges. I like a simple look and have never had a bad experience here! Would recommend to a friend will definitely be going back.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I always notice the unprofessional behavior and how unclean the salon is but today, enough is enough I will take my business elsewhere they don’t care about being professional. This is ridiculous I rather take my money somewhere else than deal with this kind of behavior. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!
