Not the best experience. I bought a bed for 599.99 the sales man was trying to sell it to me for 800. When I had already seen it online for 599 but I didn’t tell them at first I wanted to see how they treated me. He told me I didn’t want that bed for me to go with something more in my budget . Anyways he misspelled my name wrong so they never could find me when I would call. He had the wrong address on it and the wrong phone number so when it arrived they were calling the wrong number. I did call them and they said it had came in a week ago. SMH… I put two stars because the ladies on the phones were really nice and thoughtful. Just do your research before you go because they will over price you.

All I can say about this company is I'm going to rate them the poorest of the poor because we bought some couches and a lamp and other Furniture throughout the years, but we had issues with one of the couches and one of the lamps we just purchased less than 2 months ago.
We purchased a lamp that was on the floor, they forgot it when they delivered our furniture, we had to pick used lamp that was on the floor when we got home over an hour away we noticed it had missing pieces the light bulbs are mismatched in color and the lamp was flickering when we plugged itvin.
It took them over a month just to say hey I'm just going to give you your money back after begging them for a replacement they kept saying we're going to get a replacement and we never did so they gave us a refund.
Then about the couch that's a laugh in itself they kept promising we're going to get a brand new couch because the couch that they sold to my daughter the mechanism in it was bad.
after countless phone calls and messages and being lied to by them saying they're going to order a new couch for my daughter and and after bothering them because they never returned my messages or my daughters they finally said they got the couch they're going to deliver it when they got to my daughter's house they just fixed the mechanism when they said they did not even want to deal with them electric part of the couch my daughter never got her couch buyers beware please do research before purchasing from this so called company.

Jose C was very professional and took his time to show us any and everything we asked for. He was patient with us when we were indecisive and walked backed and forth. We were completely satisfied with our purchase and will definitely return!
