“At the Albert store it is the second time that he helps me, but he cannot fix my problem. Erik Gonzalez showed up at my house and offered me cell phone service, he convinced me with a 2-line plan, free cell phones but I had to give him mine. According to him, he charged me for cell phone taxis. And the 2 lines would be for 100 per month. It was not true, they are charging me for the monthly payments for the 2 cell phones and I chose not to have insurance and they are charging me for it. Albert has already spoken with Erik Gonzalez's boss and I have achieved nothing. This last time I went, he said that Erik's boss is on vacation and he told me about someone else who was in charge and that he was going to call me. That was 2 days ago and they still haven't called me. This is fraud, they offer you something and they don't fulfill it. But in order to get a $5 discount from the beginning, he advised me to sign up for self-payments. I haven't had a single payment since November for 100. I don't know what to do anymore.”
