Went on Veterans Day for the free wash…… Stupendous crew!!!! Just one thing that kinda felt off, after finding out I was a veteran (checks license). Your crew member didn’t tell me “Happy Veterans Day”, usually I’m not a stickler for this kind of thing….. But… How would you feel if the world knew it was YOUR Birthday and didn’t greet you as such. #itsthelottlethings

Extremely disappointed. I appreciate the military discount, but the wash itself was trash. Roof is still dirty, fender wells, wheels, I didn’t even hear the undercarriage spray. If I wanted to manually wash my car I would have done it myself. Please use a better degreaser. The dirt did not get cut. Happy Veterans Day

This car wash is one of the best car washes in the franchise. I always clean my car here because not only does the equipment work all the time but the service here is awesome. Desiree always makes sure that I’m good with any questions that I have about the packages and is quick to assist me.

I've been taking my 4Runner here for the past 2 months since I bought it. And just found out that it's scratching the crap out of my hood and also the sides of my car. I'm so disappointed that I'm going to have to unsubscribe to their monthly wash plan.

Tony, the first man my boyfriend and I met there was thee nicest and most respectful young man we have come along in a working environment in a long time.
We believe he deserves a raise, he’s very gentle not pushy and just a gentleman.
We got the membership because of him.
God bless all you do here at Mister Car Wash , I know it’s draining and hot , but we just had to shout out to the young man who helped us.
We respect and appreciate all the service you do for us people.

Paid $14 for a basic plus wash that couldn’t even remove water marks from my truck -
Service was okay. Though I don’t know why they need someone to walk me through how to buy a car wash.
Vacuums were on point and the only reason I gave this two stars
