The location on Dyer St has awful service. They do not let you know they turn off vaccums at 7:15 yet they let you go.in and pay at 7:10. The young employees frown when you don't leave them a tip! The manager was not able to control an employee when she was being rude and acted inappropriately with customer. I don't recommend this place to anyone wanting good customer service! They don't have a visible sign with hours of operation either!

Asked to have water blown out of the rear view mirrors, response they are waiting on the hoses. This has been going on for several months still waiting on hoses. Sadly once I leave all the water wets my side doors, so I still have to dry my car when I get home

This visit was much better than the last visit! Friendly people and they did a very good job cleaning my vehicle! I did however have to point out just a few places they needed to wipe, but they didn't complain or with an attitude. 4/5

Only because there was not a zero..worst car wash ever top of car never got wet. Wasted 10 dollars plus tip. Total rip off.

Great checking at this Mister Car wash conveniently located next to Noodles & Dumplings. The service is friendly not consistent though. I enjoy the easy quick access. I think the membership offers great value for descent cleaning.

Paid for a $22 Platinum car wash but there was no soap being dispensed so my car didn't come clean. The lady that greeted me was going to let me drive through again when a young man who claimed he was the manager came and got in my face, was very confrontational and angry telling me the car wash cannot clean my car because I left it in the hot sun for days with dirt and bugs on it. My car is kept in a garage. Defending myself he became angrier and I thought he was going to hit me. I'm pushing 70 years old and wasn't about to get in a fight. Another young man came out and told me to leave and they would not allow me to wash my car. I told them I paid $22 and wanted my car wash or a refund but they told me to leave. BUYER BEWARE! I have contacted corporate. I have proof on my dash cams showing the car wash had zero soap and I video taped the rude "manager". Can't give zero stars or I would.Update - was contacted by Corporate and a different manager, Abraham Soriano contacted me Wednesday the 30th and said he would get back to me about getting my car wash done. Today is Sept 2nd and have not heard back. Will update if I do get my car wash as paid for.Update - Sept 8th, The Manager Abraham Soriano never called me back. Corporate washed their hands of this situation when they passed me off to this local Manager. My only recourse to get my money back is to dispute the charge with VISA and to report this business to the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to update this review because it's important for potential customers to be informed. No soap in the car wash means you're not getting a clean car or you $22 worth.Update - Received a call from corporate again on Sept 30 saying Kyrie will call me. I haven't received any call yet. Abraham Soriano said he would call me back and never did. Seems like this is how they operate, put you off forever instead of taking care of real customer service. Today is Oct 12th 8pm.

Extremely disappointed with this company and it's policies! I have been a customer for over 10 years and pay for the whole year but I'm not eligible for the free 2 months of the new Titanium and they won't add it for me to pay. I feel they are discriminating against loyal customers that gave them guaranteed money for the year! Tried calling corporate 3 times waited over 1 hour each time. Spoke to the general manager at Montana who simply doesn't care if you cancel! Won't be renewing or doing any further business!

avoid this place at all costs. Misguidance from the attendant led to damage and there was no remorse from the worker or her manager, although he was much more helpful. Certainly feels like this place is more interested in expanding locations than customer retention and for that I say, 'goodbye' to their membership program. I've learned my lesson and I'm taking my business to their touchless competitor. ***an update*** I called the number provided in the automated response, waited 47 minutes and was told the manager (who I initially said was helpful) LIED and didn’t submit a claim at all… WHAT A JOKE

DON'T GET YOUR INTERIOR DONE. I got mine done today 9/8/23 they scratched the heck out of my tint on the inside. Also something is making my window squeak really loud. Then when we told them about it they said that they wouldn't take responsibility for it. I'll be canceling my membership today. Had to use something as a back ground to take a pic of it

I worked there from 2019 to right when COVID hit. Ferny is a good manager but side dry should have remained by hand. But I do recommend this wash. They are pros.

For the full service membership, they can definitely do a better job of drying your vehicle.No longer offer detailing.Perhaps time to explore other establishments.

They will never fix their machine that sprays tire shine on the way out of the wash bay. The right side literally obliterates the tires and wheels with tire shine, but the left side sprays little to none. They do the minimum to vacuum and dust the interior. Mister car wash offers no alternative services. They expect you to dry your own car if you don’t have the more expensive monthly package. At a location down the way on Osborne, I had two employees try to fight me. These car washes are ghetto. I read a review on here that mister car wash employees tried to fight another customer.Mister car wash has monopolized west El Paso and it’s sad because they are absolutely terrible. I’ve even called corporate multiple times, only to be told I will receive a call back each time, which never happens.
