Equipment is always functioning. The employees at Zaragoza/North loop always greet with a smile and a wave no matter the weather or the car load. My car always comes out clean.

Because I never upgraded my account to a titanium account and someone did it without my permission. I've been calling corporate to get my money back and after 10 calls in 20 days, I have not been able to speak with a representative. The service was better when they did not have so many services and equipment. I personally preffered the people at the end of the tunnel drying your car. The roller don't even work propertly in the majority of the locations through the city

Very BAD CAR WASH. paid 22 dollars for a good wash and still ask if I would like to tip the crew. I tipped 5 dollars some I thought at least they were gonna dry the windshield or clean tires. It was nothing but a tip for all the workers standing in general. Very expensive and no one helps you. 27 dollars and still I have the bugs in my windshield and windows doesn't even clean well. I went back and told them BUT they said they couldn't help if I passed it thru the machine already. Terrible High prices. They are other carwahes that have a team after you are done passing the car thru machine and for cheaper price and jelp youpass the rag. This place SUCKS NEVER COMING BACK

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I went in and purchased their $22 wash, once I went through and I parked to use their vacuum cleaners I noticed that the right passenger side wasn’t completely washed correctly. I went back and told them what had happened and instead of honoring my previous purchase they gave me the basic wash. Once the wash started the machine stopped rolling and my car was stopped. Some girl with braces that was working the computer for the wash came banging on my driver window when I rolled it down she was hostile and yelled at me to put my car in neutral. I drive a manual car, it already was in neutral and my foot wasn’t on the brake. Once the machine started up again and I went through the second time at the end they didn’t even turn in on the dryers or bring down the roller that dries the cars at the end. My car was still covered in soap at the end and full of water from not being dried or rinsed correctly. When I got down to speak to the manager she was the first person in contact and I told her “I wanna speak to your manager” she said “she’s over there” I asked her “who is she?” And she ignored me. When I got to the building a man came out and claimed he was the manger. I explained the situation offered me to go back into the wash and I told him “I’m not gonna go in a third time” he was very helpful and understanding of my situation and I did let him know that same girl with braces lied about having a female manager. Never again will I return to this location. The pictures posted are AFTER the second time I went through the wash.
