It’s a decent car wash but it ripped my fender flare from my vehicle. I usually use these type of car washes in AZ so I was surprised that this one did this. Based on reviews, it seems their settings are a little intense

Very rude young lady working on Sunday 05-05-24 at 2:25 pm outside being the face to your company ! we told her we have a new vehicle and she spoke to us like we were stupid . Horrible Mr car wash for having someone like this young lady working for you location George dieter and vista del sol seriously thinking of canceling my membership !!!so upset !

The girl opening the gate to let you pass does not know how to let cars in evenly it was so hectic and jammed up traffic trying to enter the wash tunnel it was a crash waiting to happen cars honking at each other and she just kept letting them in zero common sense on her part in my opinion. The young woman that was guiding vehicles into the wash bay was the MVP she had to orchestrate a rush of vehicle back to back to back while ensureing there was sufficient space between vehicles to prevent any customers bumping into one another while riding the track in the tunnel and there were no side dryers upon exiting the wash tunnel very poor service mister car wash you service has declined dramatically in the past few years

Love the fact that they have air lines at every drying station, we can blow water out from the mirrors, behind and around the mirrors, the door handles, they have a great setup ??

I have the membership for this car wash and I will most likely cancel it. Everytime I go the back of my car never gets cleaned by the machine. I also dont like the fact that they dont have someone drying the areas of your car that the blower doesn't dry.

I was offered a promotion last month for 22.99 or 32.99 and I chose the one for 22.99 but they are withdrawing 32.99. That Promo is no longer offered and they want me to go back and let them know each month so they can give me my $10 dollar refund. ... That is so inconvenient for me or any customer.

I Have a couple of car wash mth payments with different vehicles they made a mastake on my payment tried charge me for 24 dollars a day instead of of mth fees when I went to fix the transaction mistake mangier left me out side wanting for ever took make card inside well I waited outside for a long time

Been using this carwash for a few years and love the convenience. Normally I go through without incident about every few weeks. I have lost antennas and understand that's possible, but yesterday the last dryer thing ripped the entire antenna base out of my truck and it messed up my wipers they should lay much lower than they are now. I filed an incident report and will see what they say about taking responsibility for that damage. I will provide an update later.UPDATE: The store manager, Omar, sent me over to a bodyshop to get an estimate on the repairs that the company would cover. I went to the bodyshop but it was closed for the holidays. I will go back on Tuesday and provide an update after that experience. As I drove up, I noticed that they were working on or inspecting the dryer arm. I asked about that and they said that they do not believe there was any malfunction of the arm. They also offered this tip: you can ask them to remove your antenna. I remember a while ago when I first started using this carwash, they would offer to remove the antenna for you, but then they stopped offering, so I thought they would no longer do it. Very good to know.UPDATE: Mister Carwash sent me over to Bravo Cadillac's Body shop and the repaired everything. It took a few weeks but all is taken care of. I really hope occurances like mine are rare but it should be comforting to know that they did take responsibility for this one. Thank you. I will try to upload photos of the fixes soon.

The side Manager Kimberly is awesome. I had an incident at the location (not their fault whatsoever) and she was so professional and help everyone in a calmly manner. Thank you Kimberly and keep up the great work, hopefully they give you a raise ?.
