I will say that the automated car wash did get my car somewhat clean, but it wasn't how I expected. The lowest car wash was $18, I believe, and the highest was $24. They do have an option of a $32 monthly unlimited wash as well. I did notice a tip option, which I assume was meant for the people who tell us to pull forward into the car wash and their attendants at the entrance. Needless to say, it is a clean car wash, but the car wash will leave areas of your vehicle not as clean as it should be.

Locked my car keys and a young man, Kevin, offered to help me. I didn't have to ask him. It took him a few months nuted but t didn't stop until he got the car unlocked. I was very impressed with his kindness. Especially, being such a young man. I will never forget his kindness.

Good place to wash your car if you are the lazy type like me. Car wash snobs saying you need to wash it by hand bruh! Noup I’m lazy and for the $20 a month for unlimited, it’s an awesome option. My only gripe and it’s a big one, I hate how the employee in the tunnel tries to pack you as close as they can to the car in-front of you. If that car engages their brakes for whatever reason and you hit them from behind, you are at fault and your insurance will see it that way. So no matter how aggressively that 18 year old is waving their hands and shaking their head at me, I’m not going into that tunnel until the car in-front of me is past the first brushes. I had a manager from the Zaragoza and Rich Beem once approach me and tell me that that was their policy and if I didn’t like it, then that car wash wasn’t for me. I was pissed and go into it with him until I walked away. This is the only car wash within 10 miles of me so that was the only reason why I didn’t change car washes. Now they are popping on every street corner like gas stations so I might have more options. I have 4 cars under the $20 unlimited and I use it for each car at least two to three times a week.

Nothing bad here. Normal wash you would expect. Good air pressure and vacuums. Friendly smiles for the most part. I’ve had better washes but this one seems the best locally. I prefer brushless but those are hard to find.

I drive a Jeep, the sold me the platinum membership in a heartbeat and forgot to tell me jeeps don't get washed properly they retract all the brushes and just throw soap on it in many different colors! Jeep came out as dirty as it came in. They have acces to bug spray and pressure washers before entering the wash but are never used, please don't sell a service you can't provide.

It doesn't even deserve a star, you know why I can't believe that the owner doesn't have the money to buy a mop compressor from Pelicano and Cinque Force, the air fires, the gun tells the owner to ask us for cooperation so he can buy one.

All of these locations are great! The plan you buy for your vehicle can be used at ANY location.

I have had the service for almost 3 years and a few months ago the quality has dropped a lot from before and unlike other locations it is practically pure water apart from the vacuum cleaners not working most of the time.

Car Wash malfunctioned and instead of the attendant stopping the process, she was too busy chatting with coworker so my car got damaged. They made an "incident report " and never called me back. I went to ask what was going on and they tried saying it was my fault. There are tons of other car wash places in el paso. Take your money somewhere else.

I am giving this location a terrible review based on their customer service. I used their carwash, and as I was leaving, I heard something being dragged under my car. After parking, I realized I had been dragging a big piece of plastic that was from someone car. An employee saw it on the floor and brought it to me. I asked them to call the manager. The manager named Arcelis came and immediately started saying we weren't responsible for previous damage. I told her that it wasn't from my car. She looked at it and started to say that it was mine and that the piece of wire on the piece of plastic meant it was from previous damage. I asked for another manager. Adrian came and stated that after looking at cameras, that piece fell off from a previous car parked 2 spots away from me. I spoke with the lady, and she stated how she had heard it fall and that she asked the employee if it was all ok and that he said that it was. My problem is the way Arcelus responded without even hearing me out or before looking at cameras to confirm it was mine. Right away, she tried to slew any responsibility. Then, Adrian, the second manager, gave me such a difficult time to file a claim. They should be taking much more preventions and ensuring that their rail ways are being kept safe and clean for their customers. Lastly, they need to learn better customer service overall. They were just trying to sleaze their way out of the responsibility of ensuring the safety of their customers' vehicles.
