I dealt with Jaime and he made an already stressful situation much easier! I have an older Chevrolet, a 2006 HHR, and no other dealership would accept my car due to the age. But Jaime told me that yes, they would try and sure enough, success! Mission did an awesome job and even arranged for their shuttle to come pick me up to retrieve my car! Even though my car isn't new, Jaime knew how much it meant to me, and he came through for me! IF I were to buy a new car, I would buy it from Mission Chevrolet because you guys helped me out when everyone else turned me away. Thank you so much for restoring my car to good as new, and restoring my faith that there are some establishments, some people who will still try to make things right!

Every time my husband takes his truck in there is some issue and they NEVER finish on time that is originally promised we would never deal with them unless absolutely necessary like a recall. Serve after the sale is so important for this reason would not recommend to any friend of mine!!

absolute dogshit customer service on behalf of their salesman beto from the start we felt rushed into buying a car even though we firmly stated that we were only inquiring about the price of a certain vehicle. he came across as my dad would put it "slimy", he certainly lives up to the car salesmen stereotype. Asked about the price of the car we were looking into multiple times and he just brushed it off saying he would have to look into it. We did the credit inquiry just to get it over with but he kept pushing for us to buy it that same day. went with my younger brother and my dad but Raymond would really only address us which was off putting and predatory, especially since we are young and first time buyers we must've been seen like easy prey. after running the numbers we were then finally told the value of the car, after about an hour of waffling about. we didn't like the price and tried to walk away but he went off about how much my dad paid for his house (completely not his business and not relevant). now this was the comment that set us off he said that "I can see you clearly could not buy a car like this", which is very infuriating and discriminatory sure we didnt look nicely dressed but how fucking dare you say that. at that moment my dad walked away and my brother was walking too I guess the slimy salesman didn't like that because I heard him say "Que no tenemos modales" i reluctantly shook the fuckers hand and he chased after my brother and father to shake their hands, he stopped my father at the door and talked to him about manners which is ironic because ese pendejo was being passive aggressive the moment we wanted to walk away from his deal. anyways cars are overpriced, staff is condescending and you're better off going to another dealership or hell I've had better customer service at used Car lots in alameda and they're cheaper there too. as previously stated absolute utter fucking dogshit

It takes too long to invoice and pay for the services. I spent one whole hour from the time I got there to the time I drove off. I had some coupons so they had to adjust my invoice, therefore I understand it should take a few minutes more. However, my invoice was on the clerks desk for a while before she even started working on it and still had to ask for manager approval because VIN was not on the coupon. However, it was a mailer to my address under my name, how is it that manager approval is still needed? After waiting for "manager approval" they said they would "match it".Coupon was sent by Mission Chevrolet, what do you mean "match" it? Like it is a favor I am being granted?I just find it a little annoying to spend an hour to pay for 3 services I could have made somewhere closer to work or home, and avoid the long drive to the dealership.

I am a returning customer. This is my second purchase with Mission Chevrolet and I am so glad I went back. Great customer service both from Enrique and Sergio. Enrigue kept me updated every step of the way. So happy with my purchase and the attention I was given. Good to know that 7 years after my last purchase, customer service at Mission Chevrolet hasn't changed.

Mike Nunez, the service dept mgr. was very communicative and forthcoming with the details of what service was going to be done to my truck. His hands on approach and superior customer service is what made me feel confident about getting the job done at Mission / George Dieter location. They didn’t take long to get the major mechanical work done , which in turn was super convenient for me and saved me from missing work . Outstanding team he manages because they were all attentive and made sure they knew you had been taken care of ! I highly recommend you get your service work done at this location.

We just purchased our 10th vehicle from Mission Chevrolet. Luis Avila helped us with all 10 of our vehicles! Luis is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Manager Israel is always very friendly and helpful! Overall, excellent experience. Thank you to the Mission Chevrolet team!!!

Took my less than 2 year old blazer because the AC was blowing out hot air. I arrived at the service dept and they told me that they would keep my vehicle for around 3 weeks for that repair. I ask to speak to the mgr and when he came a told me the same time frame claiming the the are backed up a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo.. I asked if I can be put on a list and when my turn would come up that they can call me and I can bring it on. He did not offer anything to make it better. You definitely ruin the experience. I will definitely not return to Mission/ Chevy. Lost faith in buying american.

Pretty disappointed. They don’t care about the customer, all they care about is making money. I’ve always owned Chevy and bought a 2021 Silverado Trail boss. It always had the issue with the lifters, a pretty well known issue apparently. I’ve come across more severe issues due to that and now they refuse to acknowledge it and repair it even tho it’s a manufacture issue.

LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READMy husband and I bought our new vehicle from Mission Chevrolet yesterday and had a great experience. We visited another local dealership a few weeks back and had a very bad experience. When I started looking at Mission Chevrolet I was contacted by two of their salesmen who were extremely helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. My favorite part about Mission was their "first come, first serve" policy. The other local dealership my husband and I visited sell their vehicles before they hit the lot, which doesn't give you the chance to see it in person and talk to a real person about your options. While I love technology being able to speak to someone in person about purchasing a car is far better than any online experience. The salesman I worked with, Isaiah Reed, was so helpful in getting me the best price possible and working with my husband and I on finding exactly what we wanted. I also had the pleasure of talking to Julio. He helped me with some of the finer details and was the first person to greet me at the dealership. Overall Mission Chevrolet is, in my opinion, the best dealership in El Paso. Very personable salesmen who genuinely want to help customers. Their slogan "It's all about YOU" really is true! Very thankful Isaiah was able to help us get our dream car with affordable payments all within a few hours! Thank you to the Mission team and all the people that helped make this dream come true (I know it takes a village)!

Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment for the brakes, when I arrived to the service no one showed up to take my vehicle. Finally, after 15 minutes when the assistant came to take my vehicle, he said “let me verify who is going to serve you.” Then he left and came back after another 10 - 15 minutes. I left my vehicle and I called to the service line at 5:45 pm, until that time, no one had called me to let me know that my vehicle was going to be in service until the next day. So, it was a waste of time to call and make an appointment! The following day, I called to the advisor at noon and he said the tech was on break and they would let me know once they would start working on my vehicle. Around 4:00 PM I received a called from service stating that my vehicle is ready. I picked up my vehicle after I left Mission and about 30 mins. after, the breaks started making a noise again. This was the second time that they give back my vehicle with the same issue. I called to service again and they scheduled me another appointment with the manager. The manager told me that noise is normal that if I wanted to change the brakes, it would cost $500.00 and that there would be no warranty that the noise would disappear. Here I am with my squeaking brakes. I cannot believe these are the people working there. No solutions and no service whatsoever. Horrible!!!

The oil change and tire rotation that we were scheduled for went well. I brought up another issue we are experiencing. It seems as though the damper for the internal circulation is not closing off the outside air very well. We found that even when we have it set to circulate internally, the system is pulling in outside air. Our Client Service Advisor, Pedro, basically told us that a diagnostic would take over two weeks to perform and we would need to leave the vehicle there the entire time. His response felt rather dismissive. Almost felt like he was discouraging us from having the issue investigated or rather that it was not important at ll. Not the level of service I expect from Mission Chevrolet.

I had to take my car in for regular maintenance today, and I received excellent, five-star service. One of the reps, Alfonso, was very professional, efficient, and courteous, and he made sure that my car was serviced quickly so that I could hurry off to work. I appreciated that immensely, especially since I needed to get to work quickly today. The service I typically receive there is one of the many reasons why I always have my car serviced at that location. Great experience all around.
