Purchased my truck two years ago but I get the need to write this as just today I am still repairing this vehicle in order to make it road safe. When I first saw the truck it was beautiful, lifted new rims and tires clean undercarriage and low miles. Little did I know this presentation” was done intentionally to take attention away from the important things.
Two years later and $5000 or more in repairs. The truck was riddled in rust that was hidden by a convenient coating of bedliner (just thought the truck was super clean)
Within 2 weeks wheel hubs broke , leaf springs snapped .
Bedliner that was sprayed all over the under carriage began to fall off exposing extreme rust.
The exhaust system was a mix up of random parts from different vehicles which I only found out once it failed and I had to replace it. No shop would work on it because of the state of it.
The suspension was also parts from different vehicles. Which I had to replace and rebuild at my expense.
I figured it’s mine I might as well fix it.
Thank god I am blessed with the means to fix these things but I write this for people who are not . No one should be put in a position where they have to shell thousands of dollars out on repairs for a vehicle that was put together from scraps. Avoid this place at all costs. Shady business practice!

Be aware of this place they do not advertise honestly as well as they do not communicate as well after purchase. Recently purchased a vehicle with known issue that was told by Carlos that he will get an appointment next week of purchase to fix it. Only to find out that there was no appointment at all and he constantly tries to blame his boss saying he has no appointments or he hasn’t communicated with him. He claimed the vehicle had fresh brakes only to see they weren’t. Another example of terrible sales is that they sold the vehicle with broken TPMS, even though they said the tires were new. I highly suggest you take your business else where unless knowledgeable about vehicles to fix on your own. Speak directly with the owner and ensure you receive all proper paperwork, mainly the title.

The car I purchased from there is okay, there ended up being a lot of issues that I didn't know about, the salespeople don't know enough about the vehicles or don't want to disclose problems, so I guess bring a mechanic before buying or maybe a checklist of stuff to inspect. I found the car on FB marketplace so a lot of the communication was on marketplace, and that's fine but the salesman Carlos kept calling me bro, which is awkward and unprofessional because I'm a middle aged female. They don't seem very active about getting plates for the vehicle, the temp plates are expired so I can't even legally drive the car. The phone number on Google is not accurate or they don't speak English at all so I can't fix the license plate issue until have have leave from work to go there in person.

Carlos was very friendly. His boss though needs to verify titles. I took time to go see a "clean" truck but after test drive and problems observed, he verified the title was actually Salvaged. The truck was priced above Clean title KBB MSRP by at least $1k.I'd say post the right info before people spend time out of their day to test drive. I was ready to buy on the spot if price was lowered to proper sell price as per KBB, but obviously I didn't because of the misinformation and mechanical issues noticed during test drive.Oh well. This is constructive criticism.

Carlos Olmedo became upset when I simply clicked on the laughing like icon on his Facebook Marketplace post. He sent me a message via messenger insulting my disability. He decided to do the coward thing and immediately block me! It’s sad enough that buyers on google reviews are complaining about this guy’s services. Let alone the different comments in regards to the high priced vehicles for sale! The comments directed towards me took it to another different level!

If looking for a vehicle......don't waste your time and look somewhere else. Promises they can't keep.....theres other dealers in Alameda willing to help and ready to make the sale.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!! THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH CARS!! We called and texted Carlos several times regarding a car and he assured us the car was available. When we got to the lot, another salesman told us that the car was sold days before. That morning he texted us saying that that care was available and he was on his way to meet us. Save yourselves time and money and do not do business with this shady company. Based on the owners response below, I would like to add that he told us that the dealership closed early on Saturday due to a horrible dust storm. The female salesperson told us the car sold early on Saturday, which meant that if we would've gone to our appointment at 4, the car would've been sold by then. Please don't blame the customer for your very bad salesmanship and lack of professionalism.

Worst custumer service ever. They told me if i couldnt afford down payment to go somewhere else. They wasted our time. At the end they changed numbers on us.
