Customer service is horrible, the guy likes changing cellphone plans with out informing customers on details. The guy took me off my best plan. Cam back to let him know his answer was to acknowledge his wrong and tell me to next time go to another store... I would like his manager to contact me please ?

I walked in for help with my acp account. The girl there her name is Liz she didn't want to help me and threatened to call the cops on me. I have had several issues with this store and will not be going back and I made a complaint to the company itself

My wife and I just had the best experience at the Metro at 5300 Doniphan El Paso Tx..we are long standing Metro PCS customers and we have never experienced customer service like we did today. A young lady named Dafne went above and beyond to selflessly serve us.. It is employees like Dafne that ensure our continued loyalty to Metro PCS. THANK YOU DAFNE you are excellent at your job!
