They don't know how to explain how to add a new plan, they want to make sales not clients, they try to take my old plan off and put me on a more expensive plan like I said justo to make the sale, now I am looking for a different metro by T-Mobile location to add a line to my plan.

Had issues with new phone bought from this store and each of the 3 reps told me different stories. They were confusing as hell when it came to demanding a refund for their service and phone. It was a headache to call customer service and visit the store three times to get my issue resolved. Unsatisfied!

I waited for almost an hour just to pay my bill , they never bother to say "Are you making a payment" like others metros do....... it was this day 8/17/18 and it was two guys working not gonna call names but yeah, the only thing I would say they need more training.

Please pay attention, this people here in Metro pcs will not make them selfs responsible for any damage cause to you or your private property. In this ovation I will only speak of the tent they set up for advertisement and the damage it made to my vehicle. I will upload some pictures be aware that this happened around November, 2016 and still am wating for the manager's call. The reason why y didn't peruse a lawsuit is because I don't have the will power due to other more determining stressors.
