I paid for my bill on September 13 and next day I wanted to cancel because my phone still sucks my data doesn’t work and then my phone call’s always cut off. But the guy denied the refund. I wasn’t asking for the full refund. I paid my bill of $120 I was even asking for at least half back but he still denied me. I paid for nothing. This company is a rip off! I do not recommend getting metro pcs!!!! I would not even give 1 star but I had too!

Went to get a "regular" phone and got out with a very nice one! Fernando is a skilled guy and helpful. Totally recommend this store, ask for this guy and you'll be covered for sure!

To the women that worked this evening on the 11th , I asked for a simple task , I wanted a new SIM card because my phone wasn’t reading it. (I knew it was the SIM and not the phone). Turns out hours later at the apple store the workers there tell me the SIM card wasn’t the new one , it was the same used one . So I got my time wasted today for that . :)

They convince you're getting free things after purchasing phone. All a lie they add it up at the end to get commission out of it. Will never visit this store again.

I came in looking for a phone, I haven't had one in a while. As soon as I walked in, Michelle was very welcoming and helpful. She showed me all the phones they had available and I ended up settings for one that fit my budget. She was able to set it up really quickly and answered all my questions about the phone. I will definitely return with Michelle for any future purchases.
