I just got off the phone with one of their customer service reps. Excellent excellent service probably one of the best service reps I have ever dealt with in any company and I just wanna put out a thank you to him.

I also wanna apologize for not being able to do the survey at the end of the call for you. I pushed the button and it wasn’t registering that I made the response. And then it hung up on me But you would’ve gotten 100 out of 10

The guy Christian that was working there was very friendly he tried his best he could I don't know what country the phone lady was from now I couldn't understand a word she said and she did not resolved my issue

100% Awesome! Lalo the store manager was AMAZING! Seriously went above and beyond for my husband and myself helping us out with last minute gifts for our kids. Man this guy was so patient and kind with us. Truly a blessing for us!

Don't buy from Metro, if you do make sure to keep your box and receipts. The "No Hassle Replacement" of the Quickcell tempered glass is anything but that.

The young lady who was the customer service representative had a very rude unpleasant undertone, I will not be going back to this location as customer service is EVERYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS. I will go to the montwood location where the employees are pleasant, smiling and happy to assist PAYING customers.

The girls that work here offer terrible customer service. They barely want to help you and contradict each other all the time. Take your business elsewhere to someone who actually wants to help you. If you want exceptional customer service take your business to metro on montwood and lake omega. Or even just any place besides this one. If I could I’d rate 0 stars. TRASHUPDATE: I emailed the person who responded and still no answer since June 24th. Don’t even waste your time to come here. If that’s the manager, no wonder the agents there suck.

Excellent customer service. So far the best deal I could find in US with 45 dollars a month. In Mexico for 7 dollars per month you get unlimited calls/messages/Social networks and 3GB for data... all that also works in US/Canada.
