I dealt with Celia. Very knowledgeable and what she didn't know, she found out for me and didn't try to bs. I am wildly happy with the Moto ace phone and the service. Have sent three people whose experience were just like mine.

Store only has 1 sales person who is rude. The whole time I was there he was busy watching some game and even asked me to go to another store. He said he had been working for 3 days and didn’t know much. He said he had not had any training yet so we were better off at another store. I did look at him weird and asked him to direct me to his manager to which he replied it was her day off. If he’s not willing to work then maybe he should watch the game at home.

This location has Great customer serviceOnce we arrived to this location April and Jackie took their time and patience to help us out and not once did they say it was impossible.We were sent away from another metro PCS stating that they couldn't help us with our situation nor did they try.April and Jackie however we're willing to help their customer without any complaints.I definitely recommend the Metro PCS 14026 Horizon Blvd Ste 7, Horizon City, TX 79928 location100%...I DO NOT however recommend the location in Fabens TX they are no help whatsoever. Fabens location will send their customers away without a blink of an eye!Thank you April and Jackie for your help , we really do appreciate it so much.

Girl hung up on me. I called at 1:50 pm on April 4th in case corporate sees this. Employee also doesn't say who they are so I can't report. Definitely a girl. Thanks.

Overal my experience was terrible no costumer service and both employees were outrageously rude. After 45+ minutes waisted at that store I took myself down the street to their Eastlake location, they were very helpful, efficient and nice overal. The extra 5min. drive to Eastlake was worth it.

Awful Customer Service!!! This store is operated for the most part by high school students who weren't called in for the second interview at McDonald's. The employees at this office lack soft skills, customer service, professionalism and MATURITY. I can't wait to switch my whole family to another provider. The employees are very pushy in wanting you to upgrade your cellphone. They don't shy away by letting you know that your cell phone is outdated. I'm sure they get paid by commission, but they try so hard it becomes too uncomfortable. What's even more surprising is they will recommend you to another T Mobile store if your not completely satisfied. Go figure, I guess they want the extra time to get back to their social media updates. If I was able to I would select 0 stars. 1 star is too much.

1st time I went there to purchase a Samsung smart phone they give me one with a bad battery and only 2 weeks with the phone they don't want to replace it. I go today and try to sell me a clearly used gold tone Samsung J7 Prime..unbelievable..these people probably get the new phones and sell old ones as new :$
