Worst customer service ever. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I paid in advance for the month of June, this was in May. I called and the manager told me that it was not showing in the system. The $50.00 I paid with cash was showing and they gave me the receipt until several days later. I was told that the $56.00 I had paid in advance were not found anywhere in their system, and their was no receipt for that payment which the bank did charge me for. They tried to charge me a payment for June of $50.00 extra, but fortunately was able to recover a day before. Overall, their store is the worst in El Paso.

Worst customer service ever.. the employees said they couldn't help me solve a claim. I paid my full amount for the service and they didn't process my payment. The employee Id name is Paulina.. don't go to this metro Pcs- they will steal your money and can't even help you.. If I could give em a rating of zero stars I would give them a negative 10000000000000 stars..

They think installing a tempered screen wrong and crooked is a "favor" for the customer even when not asked; saying I should be grateful because I "probably" got the screen for "free" with the "free" bundle when I actually bought the screen for $25 and recieved no receipt for. Went to another location and got it installed and received apology. MetroPcs is great except this location. GO TO ANOTHER METROPCS if getting items or makesure they do it right the first time. Told him the tempered screen also was not receiving touch properly at times to which he said he tested it for 1 minute and it worked fine when it does NOT when used for more than just simple commands (gaming). Rude attendant with pubes for a beard is the one you want to avoid.

They close at 8 but the doors are loooked and its not even 8 pm. The girl was still there but wouldnt open the door.so why does ut say open till 8 and the open sign is still on.

The service sucks.. They did not helped me out after a bought a phone and it stopped working after a week. A lot of unprofessionalism. It simply sucks.. Ooh and you can try calling them and they will never pickup the phone.
