I stopped by there to see about getting only their wireless wifi... however, to my surprise, there is a certain structure that's put in place. You must be an existing customer with Metro via phone line in order to be allowed to purchase their wireless wifi (also, there only internet option currently). I was curious to see what the costs would be if i set up a dummy line and get the box as well. The price was around $530 bucks. Not a good deal in my opinion as a new customer for wifi without having 1 of their lines.

Went there to see about the promotions and Nancy the sale rep was very helpful she helped me with the SmartPay option a got a great phone for a cheaper price.

Amazing customer service from Miriam and District Manager Mike G. I went in to upgrade my phone and they were able to get discounts on my monthly bill and also finance a new phone with no interest! Highly recommended this location!

Today, Norma from the 2625 N Mesa store gave me outstanding customer service support going above and beyond to help me extend the life of my Moto G Stylus phone. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient and it was an overall pleasant experience and offered to help with any future MetroPCS needs. Give that girl 5 Stars and a raise! Now that's customer service!

I went on Wednesday 10/19/2022 around 640 pm. Ive had services with your company since 2013-2014. My previous phone damaged and took it to switch services to a new unlocked phone. The rep was confused as contacted her manager. I had my old phone with the chip. However, I couldn't turn on the phone. She asked me a series of security questions to get into my account. Questions about:1. What month did I open my account?2. What date is my payment due?3. What is the amount I paid?Of course...I didn't know the answer to the first question. I never knew I had to answer these questions. I had my password, the rep didn't ask.It appeared that she did not know what she was doing because my account almost was locked. Her supervisor, Richard, talked to me and told me that unless I answered those questions correctly, my account would be closed for three days and would need to contact HQ.So. I left to go somewhere else. I went to another Metro and they helped me with my issue.

Good service and very friendly staff. Armando was very informative and helpful with choosing a device and with the activation process. Will definitely be coming back to do business with this location in the future.

The Worst Experiencia Ever! This business is located where a towing scam is going on, if you park on the mall strip the towing company will take you car stating that the property owner reported the vehicle, of course a bunch o lies!! Thieves!!!

If I could rate this store ZERO I would! They need to learn customer service the girls there are super rude! I have no idea how this store still open smh. If you don’t like your job maybe they should look for something else instead of treating customer so poorly.
