Came in to get internet there were 2 ppl at the counters ine on each register female and male the male greeted me and the female did not even look up or try to attend me while the gentleman was helping another customer i had to wait until he was done only to be told that i couldnt get the home internet unless i boughta phone first smh i dont need a phone so thats ridiculous. Took my business elsewhere

They have a very bad service, I went to change a new cell phone number and right there they took it, my phone no longer wanted to receive or make calls and while I was there having paid, they refused to do their job. Don't go to that place, they give very bad service and then They no longer want to respond to the worst metro service, it hurts because other branches pay for one

When it says on the door open at 10 then that is what i expect the door to open. If u are going out of the store for a while leave a note or something.
