I give them one star and it's a lot. About 2 weeks ago I was passing through. From Dallas to California (driving) taking my 1 and a half year old daughter with me. I stopped at the pass because one of my tires had a nail in the driver's rear tire. Well, before arriving at this place I had stopped at the discount tire but they did not have tires to replace the damaged one. (And I couldn't wait days for an order to arrive) so I went to this place. And believe me I don't want to see you standing here. I was going fast so let's say the tire was a priority. I decided to buy the 4 new tires. So well it took all day. They don't have a waiting room and the heat you blow outside is unbearable. There are many morros who just act stupid and the guy who helped me doesn't do his job. I asked him, is it going to take longer and he said they have already started with their truck. (Which was a lie, the guy hadn't started with mine yet) almost an hour passed and he asked me. Excuse the lock where you have it ??♀️??♀️ that meant that they still haven't even touched my truck. Aahh and if they say why no mr I went to another tire store because this guy charged me much earlier according to him so that as soon as my truck came out I could leave. Which took almost 6 hours there and nothing came out. My daughter was already angry and hungry since we were going from Dallas, so it wasn't horrible. They didn't do their job until a man who was sitting on the tires outside told me what they were doing to his truck and I explained to him and that was how they did something but if not I would stay there all day. I don't recommend them, it's a lot of work and no work. Don't give your money to people whose customer is not the priority.

El peor lugar para resumir!
Worst place, they take forever I was there for maybe a good 5 or more hours, rude people, blamed me for what THEY did and they DO NOT know how to do alignments and/or balances many more things.

It took 3 hours to get new tires installed in my car. I paid about $450.00 dlls for a set of 4 new tires. You are better off going to "discount tire" and get a better and more professional service.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!! WHEN FINANCING WITH THEM DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY ORDERED WITH YOUR FINANCING COMPANY. They will order different parts that don’t even belong in your vehicle just for them to keep them and replace them for cheap parts … THIEFS !!!!

Be aware when doing business with this company / people. Went in and left my car for a tint… hour later found out it was at a whole other different shop in the northeast. Employee I spoke to acted as if he didn’t know what was going on. Learn from my mistake people ! ??

Bought 4 new tires, they erased the DOT code from one of them (the build date). Also got the truck aligned and it somehow came out worse. Cheap prices but you will still get ripped off. Hella shady.
