This is the go-to place to go get your clothes they have a lot of variety really really nice clothes and for a good price as well !! They need to work on the customer service a bit more because the girls seem antisocial but other than that it is a wonderful place

I worked there and the manager yelled at me in front of the customers while I was at work I instantly walked out cuz how embrassing and she just been moody lately . I used to love that job now I don’t and planning to look for something else she even locked up my phone up and everything I called head quarters I will be making a complaint . Her name was Angie literally the customers were looking at me like omg why is she yelling at u I said just because I actenally slammed the door but the drawer was jammed .

I do love the style there. I had got the wrong size. Unfortunately a store didn’t want to make a return for me. I had bought it a week before but did not have a receipt. But I had called Zaragoza and spoke with a Manager Angie/Angelica. She helped me 100 percent. Told me it was no issue and to bring it by when I can. I’m giving four stars for my first experience being awful but because your other manager from a different store was able to help it made it for the previous experience. I didn’t end up returning it and gave it to my mother. Just knowing that I could be helped makes me come back. Angie is a great manager.

It's been years since I've been to the store, and the truth is I haven't missed anything.
The clothes look too ordinary and are the same price as other better quality stores
I'm definitely not coming back.

Awesome clothing for the whole family. When they put Items in on clearance, they are priced to move. Add your name and email for points when you purchase items in the store. Points are put toward your purchases. They have layaway also

Clothes are a little expensive. But shoes are priced at a descent price. It's a nice place to look for clothing/shoes for the whole family. Just the costumer service is not that great. They kinda look at you as if you are a bother to them. But other then that it's a nice place.

The location on Zaragoza Market place I'm reviewing because I walked out due to them ignoring I needed to try something on. Cashier has glasses hair in a bun with like frizzy hair saw I was there but totally ignored me she rang up 2 people then proceeded to go check on inventory they're doing or checking tags . One young girl helped me twice prior but I guess using their dressing rooms you have a limit or hate opening doors for you. Well the young girl saw me standing waiting to try something on, she came out from the back with a box saw me and proceeded to her un packing or tagging the merchandise the cashier went to her and was telling her about the merchandise . As the young girl saw me putting the item I had back on the rack she then played it off by asking me if I wanted to try it on I said no thank you. Being a girl it's hard finding the perfect outfit I get it maybe it was a bother I asked to try on clothes twice but I will take my business elsewhere. I will never go there again!!! Wish no star rating was available!!!

Clothes are expensive they don't have a great selection, pants are too expensive i can buy the same kind of pants at walmart for a lesser price
