I absolutely love these compression socks! I've been forced to wear compression stockings & socks for well over 15 years now, and spent a lot of money buying the best brands during that time. Up until now I've had issues with durability, comfort, and styles. MD Sox has figured it out! For me they are the perfect length, they don't bind or squeeze below the knee area like the others, and they're easier to put on than other 20-30 mmhg brands. The fabric is not too thick, or too thin, but just right for me. I also love the fact that the seam near the toe was placed in such a way that they don't rub and hurt my corns & callouses line every other brand did. I am definitely going to stock up on more MD Sox!

I bought a pair of compression socks and found they did not fit. I called MDSOX and spoke with Meghan to get some help. She was wonderful and so very helpful. I had foot surgery and can't walk for three months. So I didn't know how to send the wrong size back. Well, Meghan completely understood and helped me exchange the pair of socks to another size, emailed me my return label right away and put in a new order for me with a different size. She even offered to send me a courtesy pair of socks. How awesome is that! Never heard of any company doing that for their customers. I really hope the new size fits because I research everything and I read reviews before buying most things on line. MDSOX was the only company that met all the requirements I look for in socks and had the best reviews. They're listed as being the number one company for compression socks. All the other companies I searched out (and I searched over twenty or more) had bad reviews and some weren't really compression socks, just regular socks. The other places didn't have all the components I wanted in a compression sock. Only MDSOX met my high standards. Yes, I am picky. So I will have a follow up review once I receive my new socks. The customer service from Meghan was above and beyond. She knew I was frustrated at the beginning. Meghan was so nice, took her time with me and answered all my questions. My frustrations melted away and I was a very happy customer. Meghan is the perfect person to work in customer service. I hope her boss reads this review and rewards her in some way. In a way, as I thought later on, the company is in Texas, so of course I'm not surprised to have had a great experience. Texas people are the best and friendliest in the country. (I must disclose though that I used to live in Texas and I feel in love with it because of the friendly people. People-strangers-actually say hi to each other on the street). So I'm a little bit bias about Texas. So if you need compression socks, don't waste your time with other companies....go straight to MDSOX online or in person if you're lucky enough to live in Texas.
