Dr was great. However. I called to ask a question front desk Tiffany was extremely rude. And when I asked to speak with a vet she stated I couldn’t because they don’t talk to clients and they would tell me the same thing. Absolutely unacceptable Sad that they will loose a patient when staff is horrific

I would like to thank the staff and Veterinarian at McRae Animal Hospital. I went in earlier today to euthanize my ill dog. Throughout the entire process (front desk, to technician and Veterinarian) they were very sympathetic. This was my first time having to do this. I really appreciate how they treated me and my dog. I highly recommend McRae Animal Hospital. Thank you.

It's a robbery. I took my dog, she is 12 years old. Because I lost my balance, they took 440 dollars from me so that the doctor would tell me that I had nothing. It didn't solve my problem. He said he didn't know what he had. But he did take money from me and wanted to charge me 100 more dollars to give me vitamin B disk for my dog. Searching the Internet I realized that he has vertigo. Like she didn't tell me that. And I knew it because he told me that it was going to stop him from vomiting. So from the beginning he knew what he had but he just took out 440 dollars that I had to pay for x-rays, it's a theft. And they are inhuman. Because having a dog doesn't make you have money. He is a breedless dog who was mistreated. And I rescued her not because she had a purebred dog but because of humanity. Shame on the doctors who make a living with just one client. They take advantage of the need.

I took my dog there to put the microchip on her and they gave her to me weak when I went home and someone who works there asks me if she is okay and I say no and she tells me that normally she is given anesthesia and they didn't give her that. Even my dog bit her tongue, knowing that she is very restless and she won't let her neck be touched, they should have seen and given her anesthesia... Within hours, my dog was so bad that in the end she couldn't resist and had to leave...

My dog had a big gash on his face and McRae animal hospital was understanding of the situation and was able to help. They have a great staff and I highly recommend this place!

I showed up to the clinic under unfortunate circumstances and Tiffany was extremely helpful, directive, and sympathetic considering why I had to be there. She fully and carefully explained the next steps with the cremation process and did not hesitate to listen to my concerns and grief. She made sure I understood everything and still continued to show her compassion to my loss.

We have taken our Frenchie here many times and he seems to trust the people that are in that facility. If he likes them then I believe they are worth using. They are friendly and courteous and seem to care for the people that go in there as well as for their pets. Their hours work great with most work schedules I believe. We have taken Oliver there for his shots, heart worm testes and other veterinarian needs. They also are great for sending reminders for what your pet may need done. We have been using them for over 5 years. As I said if Oliver likes them that's enough for me.

This is the worst place to take your animal to . I brought a poor stray dog who was dehydrated , hungry and had been homeless for a while. The acting vet who met with me DR Chavarria, had the nerve to charge me over 500.00 before he would give the poor homeless dog electrolites and had me pay for a series of test knowing the dog was not mine , but a stray. As an animal lover I paid for various procedures to help the poor dog. After taking the dog to my mothers home , shortly after the dog was bleeding profusely due to an enema this vet gave him . The vet try to get more money off me by suggesting a blood transfusion for the dog and hospitalization. This is when I contacted my niece and we both agreed to put the poor dog down. This vet knew or should have know as an experienced vet that this poor dog was to far gone to be saved. This place is dirty and unprofessional in my opinion.
