I found this to be completely unacceptable. Would give it a zero if I could, to all you well educated contractors if you want to have a smooth building supply deliver or pick up your material for your working side don’t come here. McCoy’s have rude employees and uneducated workers, I won’t blame them for that Because the manager itself (Mario) is like them or even worse. Only came here for two hours to waste. You will wait, and wait, and wait they don’t care about there customers. I may experience discrimination. It was pathetic. I will never return. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I purchased lumber and other supplies from McCoy’s here in El Paso and was provided with great customer service and support from sales Rep. Ricky De La Cruz! I also received great care from Sarai Avalos! Also need to mention the timely delivery service and great care and friendly service delivery driver Abraham provided when delivering my products! If you’re a walk in customer looking to buy some roofing Underlayment you’re better off going to any other roofing supply store in town. Not even lowes or homedepot marks up their products as much as these guys. I went in for some synthetic roofing underlayment that can be found everywhere else for about $50-$60 for walk in. McCoy's price for a walk in customer is $100 plus for the same product. A 100% mark up is greed at its finest.

Wow, I was just racially profiled @ your location. While looking for an item one of your employees came and stayed a short distance watching my every move(didn't try to hide it)until I headed to check out. Thanks for proving again: In America we are condition to believe, white is superior & black is inferior. Because of that blacks are undervalued, underestimated & marginalized.
