The General manager at the Eastlake location is very rude and does not know the meaning of customer service especially when it comes to his employees doing wrong. I payed almost 3000 for a mattress that he refuses to exchange as per their policy that is within the 3 month trial period. I will never come here again.

Jerry and Adrian are the best st what they do. They worked their nagic. And because tgey gave us such a great deal. We bought two matresses.!! Great staff and very friendly! Great work guys keep it up!

Sam The Mattress Man had an amazing deal on an amazing bed! Couldn’t beat these prices and options for payment plans. Sam was super informative, answered all my questions, had a whole presentation set up for the bed I was looking at, and he was super friendly and professional. Something came up and I had to call and change my delivery time and he had no problem helping me with that as well. Delivery went smoothly, came in and set everything up quickly and well within the delivery window. Happy to say I am a satisfied customer and will recommend to anyone searching for a new bed ??

Finally!! I should have done this sooner. But Robery and Mario helped me find the best mattress for me at an amazing price! I honestly thought I would be putting some heavy dollars in. Because I picked out a California King size mattress with the head and feet reclining system, plus a bed frame, a comforter and free pillows and sheets!!! I was shown how much this would have cost me elsewhere. Which was $6,000+. But my bill was only $1,999!!! And they delivered next day. If I didn't already have beds in my guest bedrooms I would have gotten another from Mattress Liquidators!!

When I first walked in the store I was greeted by Joey who provided me with outstanding customer service and a really warm welcome! I usually hate when people approach me to try to sell me something, but there’s something about Joey that set off a real different vibe and I was actually feeling how genuine he was about making sure I find what I’m looking for!
