I purchased my first Tempur-Pedic mattress this past weekend, and very pleased with the mattress and experience. Julius showed us and explained the differences between all the models, and was very knowledgeable. What made the experience most enjoyable was we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and will do business again in the future.

Richard is amazing. I’ve waited a bit to give a rating and I’ve got to say he’s earned every star. I’ve never slept as good and he was such a good guy to both me and my wife. I would extremely recommend anyone in search of a good nights sleep to go to this guy. El Paso is full of crooks. This man is the exact opposite. It was such a breath of fresh air. My comment might seem weird but I promise y’all. I’ve never been happier with my sleep than I am now. I used to take pills to fix my sleep. I do not need them anymore. Told my dr to F off. Richard is quite literally a dream worker.

Richard gave great customer service when we bought our Temperpedic mattress. However, he included 2 free temperpedic pillows (not in stock) in our purchase which we have yet to receive. Initially, the approx wait was 2 weeks post purchase and that was almost 7months ago. I've called several times for an update and told that Richard will return my call. Customer service was excellent when we purchased the mattress, bed sheets and mattress protector. Unfortunately, following through with the entire transaction is poor.

Was very pleased with the mattress firm located in north hills crossing in the ne. Richard Flores the manager was very helpful in getting us a bed with in our budget. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Our experience at this location has been excellent. A huge thank you to Richard for his patience during this entire process. We had gone back and forth deciding which direction to go. Some may think "it's just a bed" but for my husband and I it's been a major purchase. Richard understood that and even after the initial purchase he was there with a pleasant attitude and a smile on his face when we continued to reach out to him with concerns we had. If anyone is in the market for a new bed I suggest you visit Richard at this location. You won't be disappointed.

Service at the store was great. Told me my mattress would be delivered around 4pm to 7pm. Its almost 9pm no mattress called the store at 7 guy said the delivery guys will contact me very soon. No phone call. Still no delivery.They made it!!!
