If you come in you have to ask for Phillip - I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about him and the level of service he provides. He is so helpful, knowledgeable about literally every single mattress that the store offers, a straight shooter so you can tell he’s giving you the best price from the start, and just a pleasure to talk to. It’s clear he genuinely cares and wants to make sure that every person heads home happy and with the best option possible. I really appreciated that he was so patient with me even when I came in three separate times to make sure I was happy with my selection. Each time he chatted with me and ran through the details with no hesitation and no pressure - just clearly happy to help however he could. And when I finally made up my mind, I ended up coming in right before they closed to make my purchase and Phil stayed late to wrap up the paperwork so that it would get delivered by the day I requested. Perfect testament to the way he goes above and beyond. Without a doubt I will keep returning to buy any mattress I need from him and encourage everyone else to as well!
