I come here because it’s convenient and they have decent prices. I live around the area and I’ve never had issues coming here. I brought my car today and the price for an oil change synthetic TRIPLED in price. I asked why and they said three months ago they changed their pricing. I understand inflation, but triple? They need to consider their loyal customers before the owners start raising the prices that much! There’s too much competition in the area.

I always bring my cars (6) to this location. Very professional and quick. Today though, I got here and was the second car in line. Then a young lady showed up. The employees took the first car and then proceeded to go to the young lady next. Not right. Just because she's a girl? Small insignificant issue, but it's enough for them to lose all my business. Very disappointing.

Went in today and my car needed an oil change. I did ask them to check my filters. The workers did replace my filters.The job was done very fast and they recommend me to get my brakes done as they are thinning. Very kind, but I changed the oil 5 days ago and my truck tells me that I should change it again: my suspicion is that they didn't put new oil in it, and they just opened the truck.

The oil drain plug was left loose I could loosen it with my fingers. They put silicone on the threads. I found the sealing washer sitting on the bottom and was not installed and torqued properly. The only reason I noticed it loose was it left an oil stain on my drive way.Paul and his Service team went to my house and picked up the car and fixed the issue. I appreciate their efforts.
