Team is great at Martin Tire on Lee Trevino. Took in my vehicle. Diagnostic was a long process and they had to partner with insurance company, which is not an easy task. Insurance never is, especially with all the work they already had in store. Appreciate Brian and team. You all were friendly and kept it light. Not an easy thing to do with the insurance issues. Eventually all got worked on and ultimately fixed. My daily driver just needed some tires as well and I went back. Great deal. I’ll be taking my business here from now on. Thank you for all your help and professionalism.

I was driving across country and noticed my driver's side front tire was bald. For some reason I stopped here, I think it was the closest to the hotel. When I pulled up and said to the guy outside -- i didn't get his name -- said that I needed a new tire. he checked the other side and said that the passenger side tire didn't need replacement. I couldn't believe that i was hearing what I thought I heard and asked him to repeat it. I thanked him for doing so and said that in the million miles or so I've been driving I've never had a tire shop employee say that I only needed to replace one tire. I was there early and Brian at the front desk said it would take an hour or two and I was fine with that and asked for an alignment as well. He said that might be possible although they were busy. Brian set me up with some discounts and the tire was much less than I was expecting. I have no problem waitiing if it means good work is being done, which is good because it ended up taking four hours -- the reason being is that the alignment guy noticed that the steering pulled to the right (which I had been annoyed by but could live with it if that were the only problem) and went into the gearing to fix it. I didn't mind particularly because Brian suggested I go to Cafe East for lunch , which is an outstanding restaurant where I ate very well. I came back and the truck was soon ready -- new tire, alignment, and fixed the steering all for $396. I was shocked at the price, and then I drove the truck and it was like driving a cadillac. I wish I'd stopped here on the way out east, not on the way back west. But I am tempted to take the truck here to be serviced when it needs it... too bad it's 800 miles away... thanks Brian and Martin Tire, you are yet another reason to like the great city of El Paso

Terrible experience. I went a couple weeks ago to replace a tire and I am sad to say thay I have been going to martin tires since I could drive at 16. They always had a loyal customer in me. I had a two hour wait time that was fine I needed the tire replaced. However today I wanted to document a complaint with a manager because my tire completely deflated just backing out of my drive way with no punctures. I suspected that they may have patched my old tire because it looked the same as the old
Even initally i had made sure ti ask if it was new because it looked like the same . i was assured that it was. Spoke with a Lance today whoe initally was polite but when inisting on talking to a manager he continued to talk over me and not hear me out at all . when I ask his name again and requested the regional number he hung up the phone. I know it was him that disconnected because you could hear the phone hang up like a landline. If lance wanted to make a situation worse he accomplished it by talking over me and trying to justify his end and disconnecting the call. It saddens me because I never have gotten bad service at other locations.

They screwed me over bad hahah. They told me they would call me when the job was done and they knew I am not from around here. Never called me and I ran over around 6:15 and place was empty. Have all my stuff is in my car and currently waiting on the cops to maybe be able to help me get my stuff. Totally ruined my day hahah haven't needed to loiter at a gas station and look homeless in all my life until now.
