Went to take my daughters passport pics only to find out they were not taken properly. A month and a half later the passport dept return a letter stating the chin to bottom of pic and top half aren't the distance required. Should've know the wo KY picture setup was sketchy. Don't go here. Should have gone to walgreens where I've gotten mine and husband's.

Please think twice before going to this business. I shipped a package with a prepaid label and the package came back to my address! I went in again and explained what happened and all the lady kept telling me is it's not their fault! Well who's fault is it? Mine? The lady behind the counter told me that she would put that label over the old one, and obviously she didn't. So I call and ask the company to send me ANOTHER prepaid label, which they did. So that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back home to print it, I asked the lady if she could print it. She said yes and I sent the label to her email, then, are you ready for this? She charges me $3.31 for printing the label!!!! And it was their mistake!! So you make the customer pay? I will never step foot in this place again. The lack of customer service is HORRIBLE!

Totally disappointed and disgusted! We use this for shipping quite often and they never had the decency to advise us our mailbox subscription expired—instead they send back our orders without even a call- at Christmas !!! Unbelievable!!! Waste of time and money! Taking our business somewhere else! Not another penny to these guys!

Please be careful when shipping packages. Since they aren’t the main carrier but a third party basically, my package never even arrived to usps. I couldn’t even make a claim to usps because it never even arrived to their facility. They told me they couldn’t do anything because it’s out of their control.... so my package is lost and now I had to refund a buyer and lose merchandise. If you can go straight to your chosen mail deliver for security.
