I see it as nice and quiet, but I don't know what it will be like to live there after I live, I'll tell you.

I lived here for 4 years and wouldn’t have moved if I didn’t have to relocate for work. The office staff, Crystal and Jennifer were incredible throughout the years. They are welcoming and take care of any issues right away. The maintenance guy Angel is amazing and is responsive should any problems arise. Any maintenance requests are taken care of either the same day or next. The staff really did feel like a family. My apartment itself was spacious for a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer included. I enjoyed the corridor style of the apartments so anyone outside cannot see you entering your apartment which made me feel safer. As per noise complaints, I had one neighbor who was noisy but the office staff were responsive in notifying the occupant to keep it down. As per location, the apartment is centrally located so you are able to access the east and west side of El Paso. Overall, I loved living in these apartments and I’m sad to leave. They definitely take care of you here!

Moved here due to my bf being in the military... I absolutely love it here! Nice area and very quiet and clean. Love the fact the maintenance worker Angel actually helped me move my things into the apartment while my bf was away. Jennifer is so sweet and kind, absolutely love her too! No bug problems or noisy neighbors. Actually feels like home here. Love how spacious the apartments are in the inside and the view i get looking outside the window from the living room. Moved here from Memphis, Tn for a year. Lease will be up in Sep and this by far the best apartments ive ever lived in. Great Job guys!!

PROS: Very clean, never had a single bug or pest issue, unit and building themselves are relatively new and well maintained. Never heard a single noise from next door/upstairs neighbors. Maintenance (Angel) is quick to fix any issues, and Jennifer/Crystal in the leasing office are helpful and very sweet. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and kind since I applied. Both sides of town are easily accessible.CONS: I lived in building B (neighboring apartments next door) and had lots of issues with unhoused people making noise in the alley late at night, a friend's car being broken into, and cops constantly being called next door. As a single female resident, I constantly felt a need to be extra vigilant as I work late nights and get home around 1-3am. Not sure if this was an issue in the other half of the residence. Also, the main entrance and exit gates were rarely closed and gave a false sense of security at times. I chose this complex because of the fact that it was gated, but it felt useless. All in all, it was an OK experience. Apartments themselves were great, surrounding area is not the most ideal. Thankful I chose a 6 month lease, hopefully the area changes soon!

I lived in Magoffin Apartments for about 3 years and I wouldn’t have left if I were not changing states. It’s a safe, well built, clean, ideally located ( especially for those who work at EPCH or providence memorial). The administration is very responsible and attentive to any concerns. The gym has good equipment. They also make a point to celebrate special occasions and have neighbors come together. Wonderful experience.

I spent four years at Magoffin and truly if it were not for me having to move for my residency, I would have stayed even longer. As someone that was new to El Paso, management went out of their way to make sure I was welcomed and taken care of. Jenny and Crystal were almost superhumanly quick to address any issues or concerns that arose. When it came to maintenance requests, Angel would respond just as fast and efficiently take care of anything of concern. The location is great for medical students and healthcare workers as TTUHSCEP and UMC are both only a 6-7 min drive away. As someone that liked to study at home, I never had any issues with noise. The location is ideal for people working downtown as well as downtown is literally within walking distance.I will always look back fondly during my time living at Magoffin. The apartment itself was fantastic. Management treated me like family. They made my living situation as hassle-free as possible. I cannot recommend choosing this place enough.

Lived here for 2 years. Convenient location next to school and downtown. The office staff and Mr. Angel were always professional, courteous, and responsive to all my questions/maintenance requests (only 2 minor requests needed in 2 years). It is a quiet setting so students don’t have to worry about it being too loud to study. Neighbors are friendly. Pricing is fair.

Two instances where, due to poor management, I was required to pay suspicious 'late' fees despite all financials being on file with the office and I had set up an automatic pay system with management. The first was three months after moving in where I was charged a late fee on rent despite all financials being on file. Six months after moving out they sent another strange bill to a collection agency. They claimed that they had tried to contact myself and my roommate numerous times. Their records indicated one attempt at contacting myself and my roommate for a small cleaning fee. Overall the experience living within the complex was soured due to odd charges and fees that would appear almost at random. Better communication with customers would be an improvement.

Lived here for over two years and loved it, only moved because we bought a house nearby. Our apartment was on the third floor of Bldg A, facing the mountains. Beautiful view, great floorplan (2 beds, 2 baths, with upgraded hard flooring and a washer and dryer). Everything worked perfectly the entire time we were there. If there was ever a small problem, it was fixed immediately -- usually in less than a day. Jennifer and Crystal in the office are delightful: Angel the maintenance guy is awesome. If you work anywhere downtown, this is the place to live and walk home on your lunch hour. The mix of residents is mostly downtown office workers, recently graduated doctors or medical grad students, and some seniors. I've lived in a lot of apartments in many cities, and this was by far the quietest and most considerate group of neighbors.

Fantastic place to live! I lived here for my first year of medical school, and the 8-minute commute is a life-saver. It was awesome! Also, Crystal and Jennifer (the office staff) are so kind and understanding, and they go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. The insides of the apartments look and feel like new, and the property is well-maintained. Would live there again and 10/10 recommend. :)

My husband and I love this apartment complex we are going to miss our apartment and the wonderful staff! Mr. Angel is a great asset! If there are any maintenance issues he quickly resolves them. We have felt safe in our apartment the whole time that we have stayed here with no issues. Feeling safe was especially important to me as a female leaving for work early in the mornings. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
