I walked in wanting to get color matched and Jessica was busy with another customer. I waited and started to look around but was never acknowledged. Two young ladies who were white, were greeted and were immediately helped after Jessica was through, even though I was there first. Jessica turned over to look at me several times almost as if she was watching to make sure I didn’t take anything so she knew I was there. Extremely racist, rude, and unprofessional. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Worst experience I've ever had at a store definitely one star I would not shop at this Mac and this location. It's better to go back inside Dillards this is the worst Mac store. I ever shop that they don't really care about anything and there's not even customers inside the store but if a man comes and buys for his lady, don't you think he wants to buy the best? Anyway, I got the receipt and I can tell you the girls name who does not belong at this location or any customer service location. The value for Mac by itself is a great product, however employees representing the store should do so cheerfully. This was not a great value in any which way. I am honestly thinking about returning my products and buying it at Dillards. And that's probably what I'm going to do right now.

I have always been so lost when it comes to make-up, so my sister suggested we go to Mac at Cielo Vista Mall. I don't regret it for a moment. I was helped by Karla Ponce. Omg, I can't thank her enough. Even though they were very busy, she gave me great service, gave me excellent tips, and she turned out not only to be very knowledgeable and talented but super nice as well. Loved her service and loved the Mac products I bought.

First time here to get my make up matched for the first time EVER! The young beautiful girl with long black hair and tall who I wish I got her name was so so SO nice and helpful. She matched my skin tone in seconds when I have never been able to in years. She is truly an expert! I am so thankful and was so satisfied with her customer service. The whole experience was extremely pleasant.

This store is AMAZING!! I went in looking for a lipstick but the makeup consultant that helped me was soooo patient and understood what I told her I needed. Well I came out with other items that helped my makeup look better. Thanks Marty for all your help. We need more people like her and her manager!!!!

The lady just gossiped with her and then I asked her a brand of perfume and she was very rude. and the lady right away is also in everything except mass, I felt out of place

I placed an online delivery order today and received the wrong foundation color so naturally I was bummed. I called the store, and spoke to David, and was in disbelief at the exceptionally customer service the Mac store provided, they were super apologetic at the mishap and corrected the issue immediately. I appreciate it. Thank you David and Jessica! Keep up the great work!

The girl was very nice and pleasant. But there registers were not working so we tried 3 different registers til one worked... Looked at my account right then and there and was charged twice! Told the girl, but said it was just pending and wouldn't go through, checked today and it went through twice....

David has come through for me time and time again. I never in my life thought I would have a favorite MAC makeup artist, but this fantastic artist has gone above and beyond repeatedly. He even helped my husband figure out which brushes to get me for Christmas- while ensuring I would get the points for the purchase without the surprise being ruined. When I tell y'all I make a trip to the busiest mall just to buy from this guy, cuz I know I'll get the best deal, and the best advice, and the best service- this is the one.
