Do not recommend. Showed up to only get an annual Texas inspection completed. While the vehicle was ON they ripped out my air filter and I visibly saw dirt and dust enter the air box. They were trying to upsell a new air filter. Mine was brand new and I do my own maintenance for this reason. We live in El Paso and dust and dirt is going to be in the engine bay. At least spray it off before opening the air box! Also turn the car off! Now they risk the chance of ruining my engine by letting dirt enter the air box. Shame.

I noticed a small oil leak in my driveway. I went into oil changers and aaked if someone could check my oil and take a look for the the leak. I was lucky enough to meet Manny. He found the leak was the drain plug. He topped me off all my fluids AND gave me a new drain plug ti use on my next oil change free of charge. Great customer service. It's was a very small leak that could wait. Thank you all over at Oil Changers!!

Not very pleased. They quoted me a oil change and I agreed, they then took it upon themselves to do a full synthetic oil without telling me and then my bill comes to almost 90$. He then tells me that's the only way my car would function. Which is completely false because I've always just gotten my regular oil changes as always with no issues from Brake Masters for under 50$. I won't be coming back here. Poor communication with customers.

Stopped in today with zero wait time. I had a special request and the tech was accommodating. Went in with a slight knock and left there satisfied once again.
