I would give zero stars. Took my truck for a state inspection they took it on themselves to remove the air filter and broke the tabs!. Went back spoke with the manager whp denied ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!! These guys are suchna SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM they even lost one screw

I visited this establishment last week for a state inspection. The service provided by the majority of your staff was great - quick, efficient, and courteous. However, I must express disappointment with an incident involving Stella. After completing my payment for the service, I approached Stella outside to obtain my receipt. I briefly returned inside to get my child and my mother. As we walked towards my vehicle, Stella hastily maneuvered another car directly behind mine, abruptly braking and repeatedly honking. This occurred while we were barely getting in my car. Having been a loyal customer at this location for several years, this incident has regrettably impacted my perception of this place. Overall I would not recommend going here solely for the subpar customer service experience we had.

I am new to Texas and needed an inspection to get my vehicle registered. The gentleman at Oil Changers was fast and friendly. He explained everything to me and was pleasant to deal with.

I usually don’t do this but I am very disappointed at the service I received. I got an oil change and when I got home I noticed a plastic thing on my dashboard, it was the cabin filter cover. I also noticed the engine splash shield dragging underneath my car. I really do not know much about cars and it’s sad to say but whenever I go without my husband I feel like they try to upsell me on extra stuff or not get the same service as when my husband is the customer. So I called the place, they offered to take a look but that they were closing soon. I needed to go get my kids so I couldn’t. I called once again the next day and I spoke to the supposed manager, he tried telling me that the car was probably damaged prior to the visit. When I get there, the manager approaches me and I told him I just spoke to him. He said that he hadn’t spoken to anyone. I told him that the man I spoke with on the phone told me that I was speaking to the manager. Any who, he looked at my car and fixed the problem. I just want to say that I never received an apology for the inconvenience nor did they seem to care about their carelessness.
