I've never had a bad experience here. They upsell, but only for the actual care of your vehicle. As a mechanic, I can tell you they do a good job, and pretty much everything they recommend is actually needed. The price is reasonable, compared to dealership prices, for sure.

Got there for my oil change and the staff was very fast, polite and professional! The technician Orlando took very good care of my vehicle and recommended getting my injectors and gas tank clean to improve my fuel economy. It sure helped a lot. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend people to go there for your vehicle service. Definitely not taking my car anywhere else. Going back to the Oil changers for sure!

Took my car for the State inspection, car was fine before I took it there. Oil, transmission, even wiper fluid levels were fine. After they were done they told me it had MAJOR transmission and oil leaks. I got home and the car was dripping oil, the kind of leak that drained the a quart of oil in a couple of hours. Total scam, avoid or they will charge you for tighting a loose drain plug

Idk where Kenneth and Robert are but I called asking to have the ATF changed and they said they could for $80, I have a 2004 WRX with a 4EAT, that has a spin on filter, not an internal filter. They will not even touch it, they referred me to the dealer instead. C’mon guys…

I always do my safety inspections here. They are well staffed and they are very professional. I went in today (06/18/24), for my yearly state inspection. I asked the Tech to also do an oil change. A few minutes later he came out holding the dip stick and told me my oil was very clean and I was too early for the oil change. He said to give it a few more miles. He said he would only do the inspection for me. I was very greatful and impressed with his honesty. I suspect another less professional shop would have gone ahead and done the oil change. Kudos to him and the shop for being so honest.
