Worst experience I’ve ever had at there crystal lake location staff is super disrespectful and not trained
I had a cabin air filter replaced and they dropped all the leaves etc into my blower motor so now my ac when it’s on shakes my car they’re refusing giving me a refund and refusing to fix it SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.

Went in for a Safety inspection and the work was completed within about 20 min. The staff worked like a Nascar pit crew!

My husband recommended Lub N' Go The Oil Changers after he saw how frustrated I was attempting to make an oil change appointment with the dealership. I would have to call the dealership three weeks before making an appointment. Lub n' Go "The Oil Changers" are not complicated; I showed up at 9 am, left my vehicle there, and hours later, my vehicle was ready without having to make an appointment. Additionally, they pointed out different things that the dealership had not mentioned and gave me peace of mind for the road trip I had coming up. Today, I visited because one of my brake lights stopped working. My car was ready in less than 10 minutes, and they said, "See you next time." I highly recommend Lub n' go to anyone who needs a trusting place to get your vehicle's oil change around this area. Their customer service is Top Notch!

At first I thought it was closed for business, but I drove up and the guys were very attentive. They all had great customer service skills and they all had matching uniforms. That told me they mean business. Got me in and out for a state inspection sticker in about 25-30 min tops. Highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change. 4 hrs later I had a leak. I took the vehicle back to the location, and they said it wasn't anything they did. Mind you I have never had any sort of leak on this vehicle before. Assistant manager seemed to get upset when discussing issue, spoke with manager over the phone provided vague answers. Will get the vehicle checked out by a real mechanic tomorrow to validate what caused the issue, or as they put it it's just a coincidence

I decided to show up at get an oil change 01.30.22, there were NO signs posted as to what time they close or what the prices were for an oil change inside building or out. I made the mistake of showing up 5 minutes until closing,(again no signs) and they kindly took me in. Big MISTAKE. I ONLY GOT A OIL CHANGE AND OIL FILTER and I think the windshield wiper fluid topped (I think). None of the other services were done. The air compressor was already turned off and tires were not checked and they needed to be. I asked to make sure they Lubricated the chassis because I had some new U-joints put in, that they could not because they ran out OIL? I would have been happier if they told me they were closing and I would have come back, to get the full service. Nothing was inspected because I know that the wipers needed changing, of course I was not told. They did NOT FILL THE COOLING SYSTEMS, OR DIFFERENTIALS. FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR I EXPECT FOR EVERYTHING TO BE DONE! By the way, this service cost almost $100.00 ...for an oil change, beware

My family has been coming to this particular location for decades. The personnel have changed over the years but the service has continued to be the reason we come back. This visit I was taken care of by Angel and Chance. The dynamic duo not only took care of me, with all the concerns I had, but also explained my options and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I felt appreciated as a customer and I would recommend this location to my fellow veteran community too.

I went today because my truck needed an oil change, I asked how much it was for a basic oil change the assistant manager responded $37.50. then when I went to pay the invoice said that it was full service. I never requested full service and there was other charges there I didn't ask because of being so intimidated by the assistant manager why was I being charged $47.50. he dint do anything else to the truck. I feel ripped off, never will I ever go back and I will tell everyone when asked.

Daniel & Manny helped us with the oil change on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. They provided GREAT customer service. They where polite and professional and very kind!
