Had a issue with paint, the lid wasn't sealed tight and spilt on my driveway. Spoke with Paola the manager and was able to replace the paint and provide paint thinner to resolve my issue. Very friendly and actually care about their customers.

Worst costumer service. There was a problem with the manager on duty, she gave me a refund for only half the amount, and she didn't want to give me a ticket, I don't know how fat or ugly the cashier was, it didn't allow me to see things clearly.

Went in to look at grills, I was asked if I needed any help 3 times within 5-10 minutes of me being in the store by different associates. When it came to purchase, an associate brought me the grill I wanted on a flat cart and helped me with any questions I had. The store is clean and organized. The store off of George Dieter is a hot mess and dirty, associates are nowhere to be found or don't provide any type of customer service. I'll continue to use the Montana location for my Lowes needs.

My husband ordered a trailer from this location, the trailer was the last one at this location. When my husband arrived he was informed they did not have the tittle to the trailer in hand and instead of offering solutions for their mistake they just kept apologizing. They gave my husband the run around and finally came to the conclusion that my husband needed to cancel his order and reorder from a different store but my husband was using their pay later option which ran his credit and if he canceled the order to re order from a different location it would’ve ran his credit again. The employees at this location were clueless about their own jobs so my husband figured out he could change the location of pick up through the app. My husband expressed his frustration with the employees that assisted him, I won’t say help cause they did nothing to help with their mistake.

Lowe’s is our go to place to get our appliances and other things. The east side Lowe’s on Montana has been our place to go. The service and the courteousness of the staff are very good.

Flooring , plumbing, and return department were nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Some employees seem to be annoyed the assist me.

I went to buy a table only, for backyard. And it needed to be large enough for 5 side chairs. I had gone to the Westside, Northeast side, central part of city and could not find anything that would accommodate the 5 chairs. This was my last search trip. The other places either did not have any or could only be sold in sets (chairs included) or were of poor quality. It made me sad that in our city with so many stores to go to. I had difficulty finding one but I persevered and found one here. Had to go askl for help because there was no personnel in that section and the only one I did see was helping a man with a grill. So I had to approach 2 of their personnel and request help. Let me also inform you that they have those poles where you request help but it wasn't working. In the end I got a table they helped us by taking out to vehicle gave us twine to tie it up with. And off we went.
