Recently purchased a washer and dryer from here and paid for delivery and installation. My appliances arrived on the date scheduled and once everything was done they ppl told my wife everything was good and ready to run. My wife thanked then and walked them out. When she went to go and try our new machines, she noticed that our sink had been bumped into and detached from our wall. We have been trying to contact your establishment for the past 7 days and keep getting transferred over to 5 or 6 different people many times and they all say the next person can help. Then I end up waiting on the line for up to almost 2 hours with no one answering the line. I understand things happen and mistakes are made, but to collect payment and then ignore your customers when an issue occurs is unprofessional. Wonder what will happen with the 3-year warranty I've purchased aswell....

Never any people to check you out. The lines get very long because they even close half of the self checkout registers all the time. It's self checkout. Why am I still standing in a huge long line when there are the self checkouts that the ropes are covering in the middle is the day.

Kenny Brown saved the day, this employee went beyond the extra mile and found a special bit for me that I desperately needed to remove a security door. Spent about 10min trying to find it and at one point I gave up and was about to leave and Kenny came running 4 aisles away saying
"I found the it"

customer service could use serious improvement. A man came in, his card disnt work so the cashier had to help him activate it but at the same time there was at least three or more people waiting in line and no one bothered to open another register. Had no choice but to leave without the merchandise dont have time to wait all day.

Bad service ? no one assists you, no one helps you and to top it all off they don't inform you well and give bad prices ? ??? in the apartments department!!!! And at the time of paying all the prices were wrong!!!! Very badly

I had always been a Home Depot fan and customer until a friend told me to check out Lowe's, it's the same concept but better. I agree, it's kinda like when you go from Sam's to Costco; same concept but better.
Very pleased with the quality of the products, I do think the customer service needs a step up though! Granted the place is always very busy.

Although there are many problems with this store, I'm giving them three stars to encourage them to try to correct the problems.
Most of them stem from trying to run staffing at too low a level. That's probably due to some corporate person making dumb decisions. I hope they read this review. Because the staffing is so low, it's very difficult to find anyone to help you. It also means that they don't run any human checkout lines save for the one in the lawn and garden center. In the main part of the store, they only have self checkout. It's bad enough that they expect me to do their work without receiving any kind of payment for it, but now they only have one self checkout area open, so guess what? There's a super long line to do their work for them.
Other problems include inaccurate stock levels as described by the web app. Many products are not on the correct hangers, so looking for small parts is extremely frustrating. Product is messed up messy and not put away in the correct bins.

Got a brand new refrigerator from them and pay for them to install and the subcontractors from Lowe's. Don't even know how to install a refrigerator they took off the doors of my refrigerator they didn't know how to remove the bottom brackets. To get it through the door to the kitchen and left my fridge all torn apart. I had to come home and take off the brackets myself. And move it into the fridge and hook everything up and put the doors back on. And they also didn't give me my leveling legs to level my fridge. They are missing And the installers can you speak english
