Visited Store Westside Location Redd Rd paint Department. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Corporate office, Store Manager, Department Manager you all should be ashamed of yourselfs!!
My recommendation since you are a large corporation. You should invest on self checkout paint Department kiosks. Customer should come in the store pick color, pick paint, mix, and check out. Make it easy for your customers.

I placed an online order. Payment went through, order was confirmed, delivery to take place today. Shopper shopped. Three hours later I called Instacart which handles delivery. They told me Lowes had canceled my order for non-payment. Lowes told me my order was waiting for pick up. Called Instacart again and was told that they canceled my order for non-payment. I called Lowes again and a recording told me my order was canceled. Tomorrow I will need to dispute the transaction. Never again...
I received a rather snarky response from the owner and I am sure that it won't be posted. Apologies to me because it was "urgent." It was houseplants

Lowe's home improvement.
My go to store. Have yet to be disappointed by the teams there. They are very hard working and have a very positive attitude. They are patient with their customers and will treat your situation with urgency and respect. Shout-out to the lumber department and the cashiers that rotate there as they have made many of my trips easy and worth my time. Cashier Genesis, and the lumber guys, Chava, Richard, and Mike have become good friends. They greet with a smile, take your business seriously and give valuable information.

Great place and better prices on appliances than Home Depot. Very helpful staff and no pressure to buy anything. They have consultants to help you save power on the appliances. Installation vendors too.

Beware!! This is NOT THE LOWES you Remember ! Waiting for weeks on an ‘in-stock’ washer and dryer and today they broke my water valve. so many other options for appliances.

Like always, their staff is very helpful and professional. The only issue is that the entrance garbage can is very dirty. They need to pressure wash their entrance. I was contacted by Headquarters that the issue would be addressed by the local Lows, and a month later, nothing was done.
Today is June 12, and the entrance has not been clean since this posting. Apparently, the store GM has not seen this posting.

Manny head cashier at Lowes at Redd was extremely rude, how can this guy be a manager, the standard is so low these days. I will place a complaint at corporate headquarters. I don’t understand why they don't train these young adults simple manners at home. I understand that I had barely missed the return window, whatever I get to keep materials that I wont ever use, but the way the head cashier treated me was uncalled for. He literally greeted me with “I can’t do it!”, no “Hello how may I help you”, he wouldn’t even let me explain, he was very cocky, rude, and extremely disrespectful. I will no longer shop at Lowes, I am an investor that remodels homes, Its good that we have other options such as Home Depot. Train your employees and managers better at the West El Paso location.

I ordered some tile and just to go and find out it hasn't been shipped yet, this is taking way too long. Never had order from the store but this will prevent me from doimg it again.

Line too long at self-checkout. They would not open any more than the 2 check out registers. I walked the whole store needing help . I was looking for a magnet. No one knew what area had magnets. So left and went to Home Depot where I was helped , and made purchases. Other people got tried of waiting for a register and left like I did. And said they were going to Home Depot too. Stop hiring people who don't want to work, and only want to socialize. This is a Continuous problem with Lowe's. This must be a corporate problem. Because I travel to many states and shop for items and I come across the same problem with Lowe's. ( If your in a hurry or looking for an item don't go to Lowe's. )

Bought a kitchen appliance set of 3 items and 2 of them were damaged pretty bad,,, and with the 48 hour return policy I wasn't able to return,,,it's not very encouraging to buy from them ever again
