The manager & assistant managers at this location are a joke! whatever position a certain Amber has, she's also a joke. Trying to get anyone here to help is like squeezing water out of a cactus, like WTF! Walking in you feel the tension in the air from all the employees who hate their jobs (and obviously each other) managers here run and hide from the customers. Never fails to see a group of them standing around poking their asses. Thank you idiots for making me a Home Depot shopper from now on :)

Horrible customer service. Waited one hour to get someone on the phone. Online stock stated there was 5 of the product I needed and I show up at the store and no one was willing to help me. My honest opinion, I have no idea how this business continues to thrive. They need to take a page of Home Depot's good customer service, I discourage all my friends and family from wasting their time at this horrible "home improvement" store, don't waste your time.

Please read! If you are planning to do any type of home improvement to your home DO NOT go through Lowes. I had the worst experience. On April 2022 I signed a contract through Lowes to remodel my kitchen. The representative told me that it was going to be a smooth process not to worry. Cabinets were going to take almost 3 months due to the high volume of work they had. He advised me as soon as you get the cabinets make sure to call me because we need to inspect that they are not broken. He called me in July to tell me that the cabinets will be delivered to my house which did not happen. I got the cabinets delivered mid august. I called him just as he advised me to do but he ignored my calls. Finally got a hold of him and told me not to worry that he had a date set for demolishing and install new cabinets. To make the story short it took them 6 months to finish my kitchen. One of the cabinets was broken. The construction company did not install cabinets correctly could not open the doors. They had to take down the new cabinets down and put them back again because they did not measure correctly. Him and the manger will ignore my calls and emails. I had to go to the store several times to look for them because they were ignoring my calls and emails to ask them for an update and their answer was contractor is not answering our emails or phone calls. Due to all this we had to wash our dishes outside with containers filled with water. The holidays came and we did not get to cook a thanksgiving dinner, Xmas or new year's due to the kitchen not being ready. Many calls to corporate had to been made in order for the progress to continue because nothing was getting done. What should have taken 3 months ended up taking 7 months for our kitchen to be completed. After they put me through all this the manager at Lowes in El Paso at George dieter wanted to compensate me with 100 dollars gift card for all the trouble I had gone through. "That is literally a slap on the face telling me shut the hell up and there you go. Not even corporate apologized or send me a letter to tell me that they were sorry for Everything that they had put me through. If it wouldn't have been due to my calls and me being persistent I will still be paying for storage which I paid up until this month January 2023 and I still be without a kitchen.

The experience with this location to install some doors has been abysmal at best. Between the technician who showed up, took measurements and never followed up after, to us calling him several times and leaving message that were never returned, the store and the manager saying the tech will call us back immediately, to the technician taking 5 hours to call back, to the assigned installer company who either makes appointments however they see fit, then you call and no one picks up, to them postponing the appointment and then having us go through 7 layers of press 1, 2, 3, 4...to NO one answering the phone and having to leave a message. I am frustrated and upset that I paid over $3K to be treated less than... Take my advice. Find and buy your own doors and hire a carpenter that will install them for much less, instead of giving business to this store.

Unless you know exactly where item is Customer service is not existent If you need advice or custom assistance your better off going to Ace Hardware. You always get what you pay for

Worst customer service ever, to make the story short, i made a purchase of a refrigerator along with its warranty and the day i was supposed to get it delivered, apparently they gave my appliance to another buyer and they wanted me to wait for an unknown date for them to get it again, 1st and last purchase in this store, made a terrible mistake considering lowes for my purchase
