Horrible customer service ever! I dropped off my car at 9am and was told by Martha it would be ready by 4PM. I get here at 4PM and they LITERALLY didn't have my car washed yet nor vacuumed! was told it would be another 2hrs!! While I was waiting Martha had the audacity without realizing that the car was there AFTER ours nd that car was ready to go. They use very old methods to wash a car. Fiber brushes and bath towels. They should use microfiber towels to avoid scratching the car paint.

Usan métodos muy viejos para lavar un coche. Cepillos de fibras y toallas de baí±o. Deberían de usar toallas de micro fibra para no rayar la pintura del coche.
