Linda is the most professional woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Linda Holzer has helped us for the second time with our home. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have nothing but respect and positive things to say about her services. She has always come through for us! Thank you Linda!

Looks like this rental agency is just trying to make a few dollars off the application fees instead of helping anyone. If your self employed look to anyone else for service instead of this agency on N. mesa

Linda Holzer is absolutely the worst. She is terrible to work work with. Theyre quick to take your rent and deposit and very nice in the beginning but after that they ignore you. Theyre not professional, always trying to extort money from tenants. They tried to charge me fees a couple times accusing me of having things in my house that I wasnt supposed to. Which was absolutely not true. I had an issue with the AC and they wouldnt fix it for two months in the summer. I had to take matters i to ny own hands. The office staff is also rude and lazy. They also ignored my concerns for ever. I urge anybody that is thinking of dealing with her to not. You will regret it.

From a tenants perspective they're the worse property managers I've ever dealt with.Takes months for repairs, I actually called about them fixing a repair and it was the owner Linda who hung up on me. I had patience, but it's taking them months to fix much needed things. Not only for me but all the other tenants that live here.I ended up having to contact the actual owner and the owner who hired them had no idea that they were this neglectful. From the very beginning they have been neglectful and unprofessional. I currently have two copies of my lease because at the beginning they messed up my paper work and did not know my apartment number and put the wrong number on the lease paperwork.I've tried going into their office ask for changes. Even if there hours say they're open a lot of times they will not open the door. When the issue with my lease came up, and I could not get my utilities turned on I went to their office because no one would pick up the phone. When I got to the office even though they were open the door was locked. I ended up calling and then finally somebody opened the door and let me in. The worker who let me in, looked like she just woke up from a nap.If you're a Real Estate investor, I suggest not hiring them to manage your property, they will not make this passive income for you. I contact the property owner more than them, because they're are extremely unreliable.

I chose them to manage my investment property. They were fairly prompt on setting everything up and got tenants in there fairly quick. They are one of the few companies with a bunch of certs. And that's where it stops. In the advertising, they barely listed it anywhere and only used 1-2 pictures even after I sent additional images. No professional photos were taken. There was a disagreement between us because I wanted to allow dogs and they did not. They were late sending the online sign up instructions, signed lease, and rent increase notification. There was no maintenance or inspections completed during two years. When the year lease was about to end, the company stopped responding to my communications until I sent them a contract termination notification. At the end of the lease/when the tenants moved out/as I'm changing companies, there was duplicate paid maint (2x visit for same issue) and HVAC yearly check. For owners, look at the fees! They are ridiculous and you can't do anything without paying a ton of money. Also, if you live out of state and expect good communication, keep looking.

This rental company was my first experience when I transitioned from an apartment to house. They have been the worst rental company to deal with work orders and compensation when it comes to issues of the house impacting the tenant bills. The employees are lazy and never tend to work orders timely. I had an issue with my electric bill that was impacted by the hot water pipe leak in the house it took the company over 4 months to address the issue and by the time it was fixed it was already 6 months later. My electric was triple the amount due to this issue. The company had me do all the leg work in calling electric company and having meter read and had me send letter of evaluation from electric company before they sent out any vendor. The only compensation that was offered was a month free rent which didn't add to the total amount of monies I endured due to their lack of attention. Since then the house has had many issue and I attempted to submit work orders with no responses This lead to decision to finally leave house. I would've left previous year had it not been for my shoulder surgery. I was one of the most quiet tenants until it impacted my bills. I will never deal with this company again.

Linda Holzer was horrible during the time that she managed my property as I moved out of El Paso and hired her to manage my property. I wish I had done this review much sooner and maybe saved some from her horrible management scam. She nickle and dimed me from the start, charging for anything she copied or emailed to me. When tenants were late paying the rent, she makes no effort to get them to pay because when they are late, she makes money! The homeowner gets zero! All the late fees go directly to her! Late fees grow with each day under her rules, but when finally, the tenant makes a payment, she keeps the late fees, which in my case amounted to hundreds of dollars! Repairs are another thing. She makes money on the repairs too. A lot of money! She over charges homeowners for the repairs probably hiring the most expensive contractors and charging the homeowner a lot more than the cost! ...Even if it's the tenants fault, she makes no effort to get the tenant to pay. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH HER! At the end, I was able to cancel her contract when it finally expired. Then she called my tenant and told her to stop paying my rent and she found them another apartment!!! I had to travel back to El Paso to take the tenantvevicted in court after not paying rent forb6 months! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS WOMEN! BUYER BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO LINDA HOLZER RENTAL NETWORK.

As a property owner for almost 15 years, I can say that Linda knows her property management duties, extremely knowledgeable in the field, her professionalism and good judgment are admirable. I have been impressed with the good results her company has produced. I've always had complete confidence in her management style.

I never take time to write reviews regarding negative experiences, but my experiences with El Paso Rental Network and specifically Linda Holzer was so incredibly negligent I find I must warn others. We listed our home for rent with El Paso Rental Network with great enthusiasm, but instead experienced the following: 1. contracts between our tenant and us (the estate holders) did not match (different terms of lease). 2. Upon finding mistakes in contracts and reaching out to find a solution, Linda stopped answering our emails. 3. Upon visiting her office, due to no response, no solutions were presented and instead Linda became emotional and cried about her mistakes, without ever offering a way to move forward. 4. After visiting the office, there continued to be no response to emails until we stated we would take legal action. 5. When meeting in good faith to solve the conflict, Linda opted to advocate for the tenant despite us hiring her to be our fiduciary. She often shared how bad she felt for him regarding the situation and explained how tough it was for him. Again, exemplifying she did not take her duties as a fiduciary seriously. We asked her over and over to keep in mind that we were her clients and the tenant was her customer. Her lack of regard for real estate ethics was bewildering and we will definitely take this case to the Texas Real Estate Board. Last, please note the anecdotes mentioned above are just a list of events that occurred. I wrote in an attempt to keep my personal feelings out of it in order to provide the most fair review possible.

Had a fairly truthful and descriptive review about a negative experience now it's gone. Odd that there only one positive review here no older ones. Renter and property owners beware, this is not the best property manager, nor network. There are others that have express the same and now the posts are gone.

We have relied on the Rental Network for the past 6 years! We have counted on Linda Holzer and all business has remained professional and courteous. Input is welcome, the staff at the office remain helpful and we are still going through the Rental Network to this day. So Thankful!

Linda is a breeze to work a deal with. When ever I see her name on a listing or buyers offer I know it will be a no nonsense type of deal. She is honest and hard working. She keeps her word. She is one of the really good agents in town.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! If you are military reading this. I say again "STAY WAY!!!!!!". This business is definitely not military friendly they do not give a damn. Linda the owner I don't know who does she think she is but I know what she is. Through our 2 years of renting a house I repaired the yard took good care of the house NO MAJOR DAMAGES. I have a 7 year old daughter that yes did some VERY MINOR damages to here room wall. Myself and my wife clean the house before inspection. When This THING (Linda) came to inspect starting from the front door she tried to put words in my mouth "I thought you said you were going to do touch up paint" that's when I knew already this THING was out to get me. I never said that I was going to do touch up paint ever. This thing goes through the house and takes pictures and goes off on this and that just trying her best to find little things. Our security deposit comes back and we get $400 out of $1250. They charged $500 for TOUCH UP PAINT. And $180 for carpet cleaning which she lied to me during the inspection when she said they charge $80 for carpet cleaning, and I know touch up paint is not worth $500 and charged us with some other petty stuff. We PCS Fort Lewis Washington and Camp Humphrey both duty stations lived off post and never had this type of service and both gave us back full security deposit back. So please if you did finish reading this. Stay away from this place and please be careful who you work with if you are out looking for a place for you and your family.

So we rented out a house the beginning of this year. it was such an easy process.. everybody in the front office was very nice, helpful. My only problem, which has to be the biggest problem ever is the house we rented out has F*CKING ROACHES!!! absolutely disgusting. i've had the exterminator come twice.. and he must be putting down water or something because whatever he is spraying is not helping with the problem.. when we moved in, we bombed the house, just in case.. then after we seen more roaches we bombed it again... my husband is an OCD FREAK!! the house is cleaned 24/7 and I mean spotless. I know, whoever rented out this house before we did, had to have had a roach problem.. and i'm sure they reported it.. why couldn't they fix this nasty a** roach problem before renting this house out again.. I see about 5-10 dead roaches a week and it's only in the master bathroom. I love the location, neighborhood etc... but these damn roaches have got to go! it's absolutely disgusting.. I can't take it anymore.. we moved in January 18 and here it is almost beginning of April.. and I cannot wait till we move.
