So I had made a previous review which was a 5 star. I wish I could change it. I was told I would get my furniture in a couple of weeks. It has been over a month. I went today to cancel my order. The guy behind the counter which I did not get his name tells me. "Oh your bed arrived today" What a coincidence that it arrived today. Then he tells me. "We can deliver it on Munday" I agreed since I had no choice. I know that I have told my friends that need furniture not to deal with this place.

Mi esposo y yo visitamos como 3 mueblerías y en household furniture encontramos lo que buscábamos muy buen precio y calidad, pero sobretodo la amable atención del joven Luis,, muchísimas Gracias y les recomendamos esta mueblería Yolanda y lorenzo!!!!!!

To whoever reads these reviews, I believe some people are mistaking this shop with another. Some have mentioned the employees that helped them or have complained about a waiting list and here at this store at 7865 N Loop those employees have never worked there and its a retail store that has a small selection of used and new furniture, they don’t really do pre orders or anything like that, it’s mainly what you see in display what’s available. Just so you all know, its a small business owned by one man, unfortunately the founder has passed away but it is a store you go to to find good product for very reasonable prices, you save a lot of money buying here but if youre looking for flashy expensive items this is not the store to go to, this store wont put you in massive debt for a furniture set

I went in this place just to look around not needing to talk to anyone and I was tormented by an employee who would not leave me alone. I just wanted to look around and I had enough of that rudeness, definitely going somewhere else.

We just moved to El Paso and went to Household Furniture were we met Bruce. Bruce was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when it came to purchasing the right furniture for our home. He went above and beyond what was expected from a salesperson. I would recommend anyone from El Paso to New Mexico to visit the Westside El Paso store, you will be happy you did.

We just moved from Phoenix and was referred by a family member that has purchased from this store.. overall our experience was more than 5 stars.. the entire staff was very friendly and professional I felt like had been here before .. my sales associate was on the ball and was extremely helpful and went into great detail .. thank you Mariana. We really appreciate you ..

Came to buy a dining room table and was greeted by Gabbie Ryan. She was knowledgeable and a very honest sales woman. I recommend this location and ask for Gabbi she will give you an honest and great deal!

Recently purchased a sectional here as their prices were very competitive and carry brand names. Unfortunately had to give them one star due to lack or willingness to work with the customers regarding true customer service. Without getting into the details, my recommendation is for them to be more forthcoming on policies, follow up more consistently and do what is necessary (providing its in the best interest of both parties) to take care of the customers and NOT get caught up the in processes or what the "computer" says. We are customers and not just a dollar sign.

Loved the promptness of being greeted by Armando Smith. We were informed of black friday deals . Given awesome customer service. My husband and Daughter were treated nicely and not ignored at any point. All our questions were answered. They will be getting repeat business from me in the future.

We went in looking to purchase new beds for our 5 daughters. The general manager was the first to approach us. Damian was very friendly and showed us to the area in the store where we needed to be. Soon thereafter he advised us that Becky would attend to us. Becky, was very friendly as well. She showed incredible patience with us. I believe our entire visit to the store was about 4 hours. We felt comfortable with Becky, she wasn't trying to sell just to sell. We felt she really took the time to listen to our concerns and paid attention to our needs. The Manager, Chuy, made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were comfortable. It was a long process but we left very satisfied with our purchases! We will definitely continue to do business with Household Furniture for any future purchases.

Purchased a dinning room table and chairs from the store in Horizon city. The sales person was friendly and sold us a warranty that supposedly covered stains and since we have children this was a selling point for us. However when we tried to use the warranty called Furniture Care Protection we were first dinied by the store and then by the warranty providers because of supposed "accumulation of stains" even though they were single new stains on different chairs. The table and chairs are pretty good quality however the warranty was a total scam, do not waste your money on it. Even when I would send them a picture of a stain that had just occured they said that since they had already dined the first claim that all future stains would not be approved. So I just paid for nothing. This warranty also "supposedly" covers breakage to the chairs so I will wait to write a new review based on any future experiences involving this. But as of now the warranty is a total waste of money.

Very disappointing to buy furniture from you all and not receive in return the same on your word. I bought a sectional sofa from here back on August the 23 of this year, and also added the furniture care protection plan to insure my purchase. I called the service protection plan providers almost two months later because the materials covering the sectional cushions started to unthread at the seams of two of the large cushions to where we did not even sit anymore on the sectional so as to not cause anymore unthreading. I was told by some operators that the number I dialed was just an answering service for this shady company and that someone would call me back. I called again the following week and got the same response that someone would be calling me back. I in total went back-and-forth with this company called furniture care protection back-and-forth for like three weeks and with no results and no one ever came to my house nor did anyone ever call me to set up an appointment to come to my house to see how this sectional was becoming undone at the seams. I finally decided to call the household store and asked to speak with the owner and some manager person got on the phone and said that there was nothing they could do for me other than them calling the company themselves. Well so much for that, nothing was ever done nor did anything come from my concern. I'm stuck now with a sectional coming apart only to pay for an upholstery company to come to my house to fix this. Thank You Household Furniture for your excellent furniture and amazing customer service. Good Job
