The wrong price was quoted, and my car wasn't ready when promised. I went to ask in person, and someone told me my car was ready, but locked in the garage and I couldn't get it today.

Bad customer service and bad job was done. He didn't put a new bumper, 5,000 for painting not even half of the bumper. Cat scratches on the vehicle he supposed to buff the vehicle but is all scratch when I have videos and pictures

Bad the insurance paid for a new bumper and they didn’t buy a new bumper they repaired the old one and just painted not even half the bumper and insurance paid 5000 when confronted they were rude and said that I was being abusive so had to call police to make a report please don’t take your vehicle they will damage other stuff the messed up my trunk and said that it was already like thatService: Body & Trim

Please don't take your vehicle to this establishment very bad service and buisness they like to rip off people and dont finish the jobs takes them years to only receive your car in pieces and not finished and parts lost or stolen Leo's body shop ?????? I'm from a local car club here in el.paso and heard and seen there poor work they do there known for ripping off people and making up excuses after excuses.

Stop lieing, cheating, and stealing. Quoting a price, then doubling it. Refused to itemize my receipt. Just put amounts and labor, but not what the actual price was. Put tune-up instead of parts like plugs,wires,filters, fluids, time, labor.etc..

Gotten a few jobs done here a bit pricy but the quality of work is good. Owner is very reasonable jobs done on time too.
