Walked in with a pair of glasses I didn’t think could be fixed and to my delighted surprise got fixed! Clarice was very helpful and amazing with her knowledge! Highly recommend coming here before going anywhere else!

I saw some round glasses on the website and I came to see it. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it. The good thing was the person who helped me because he went above and beyond trying to find something that I really like. He was very helpful. At the end I found something that I like. He told me that my glasses will be ready in 7-10 business days I got them in three days. Thank you very much!

So I called earlier this week and verified that they accepted my insurance. Now that I’m at the store they tell me that they accept my insurance but they don’t. I asked what that means they said that they accept my insurance but I’m out of network and so they don’t accept it. How can you possibly be both at the same time accepting of something and not accepting of it?The employee who was helping me could not answer my questions with a simple yes or noThe manager can to help and he also could not give me a straight answer.I was about to spend a lot of money there because I was willing to get two new sets of lenses and a new set of frames with lensesOh well their loss

I went in for an adjustment to my Tiffany rx glasses and the lady who assisted me was very helpful, kind and just amazing. As a runner, I needed some rx sunglasses I can run with so I don’t use myTiffy’s and she assisted with picking the perfect Oakleys for my daily running on the Franklin Mountains. She explained lenses and was just very detailed with everything. I did purchase some rx Oakleys and walked away a happy shopper with my adjusted Tiffy’s. She was amazing! My second time visiting and service was just as awesome and the first. I completely recommend this optical and location.
